Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home located on hole #8 of the White Wing course in the lovely Rio Verde community. Cool off in the swimming pool with the waterfall flowing in the background. Home includes living room, family room, large kitchen, bar area and a large laundry room. This is a fantastic family home and great gathering spot. Rental includes the use of a golf cart.
