This listing is for a full property buyout of B and W Courtyards in New Orleans. This buyout includes the Carraige House and Courtyard Room, the Three Bedroom Cottage and the Barbados Bungalow. You will have private access to both courtyards as well as the hot tub with no other guests onsite. This is a great option for Family Reunions, Wedding Parties and other large groups visiting New Orleans; see room breakout below.

Our boutique New Orleans Inn is located in the heart of New Orleans' historic Faubourg Marigny, adjacent to the French Quarter, 4 blocks to the Historic French Market, an easy walk to Bourbon Street, and three blocks from the Frenchmen Street jazz clubs. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the melting pot of culture that makes New Orleans such a vibrant and exciting place to visit.

Our property is located in walking distance to the historic street car line. New Orleans also has ride share services, Uber and Lyft as well as taxi services and a city bus system.

Great location, clean and adorable house. Also really appreciate her communicating so well and being accommodating. We were even able to do a late check out to accommodate each persons different flight departure. Highly recommend!

Don’t Miss Out!!!

This place is amazing! Full of New Orleans character and perfect for a large group! We enjoyed being all together. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when we make our way back to the Big Easy! If you like a good breakfast or brunch, walk 200 ft. Up to Horn’s Eatery. You won’t regret it.

What a great unit for a large group. We had 13 and it was the perfect space for all of us. Everyone had their own space and it never felt crowded. The house was close to the Quarter and Frenchmen Street. We walked often and always felt safe, even at night but we were a large group.

Fantastic Location/Property

Gracious and accommodating host with a phenomenal property. If you want to be with family and friends but would still like a little privacy, these accommodations are perfect! Loved the neighborhood and had such a great time exploring. Easy walk to the French Quarter and Bywater neighborhoods. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!

We booked the whole property and it was perfect for our large group! The grounds were beautiful and each building had its own NOLA character. We appreciated how easy it was to contact the property when needed (wasn’t needed much), and how everything was clearly outline in the emails provided upon check-in and check-out. Beyond Perfection

The only word I can use to describe this property fully is "magical". Our stay was amazing, and was heightened by the beauty of the property, the cleanliness and beautiful nature of the space, and the helpfulness of the host. I could not recommend this space highly enough.

Wonderful property

Our expectations were exceeded during our stay here. All of the rooms were clean, staff were responsive, and the location is prime. It's an easy walk to the French quarter, but far enough that it's a quiet street. The kitchen has ample dishware and cookware. Couldn't recommend enough, especially for a large group.

Group NOLA Trip

Staying here was amazing! The property is beautiful and worked for our group of 13. We ate breakfast everyday at the Little Horn which is only 2 houses down and had great food! The property was only a 20 minute walk from Jackson Square and it was honestly the perfect place! We all kept saying how we would suggest this place to everyone who planned to come to New Orleans with a group. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a group in the Marigny!

This property is a great option for a big family/friend group. Plenty of space, good open areas in the main house for people to gather, while still having separate spaces when you want some privacy. Pics are accurate, and the hot tub is a nice touch. There are lots of good spots to eat and drink in easy walking distance. The host is EXTREMELY responsive and helpful with any questions/requests. Definitely recommeneded.

Beautiful villa in convenient location

We had a beautiful time. The property is incredible and we loved the outdoor cat. The property manager was highly communicative and met all of our needs. All of the houses and bungalows created a beautiful ambiance and we enjoyed our stay! It was unfortunate that the hot tub was not working, but we appreciated the owners communication about the issue with us. We would stay again!

All You Need

12 of us were in town for the Lions/Saints game. We all stated at the property and it was exactly what we needed. Everybody had their own space and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There are a couple cute little restaurants nearby and they were able to get groceries delivered which was extremely convenient. The hot tub is a bonus! Thank you!

Great stay in Marginy

We rented out the entire property for 11 friends and the property is quirky and well taken care of. The 4 separate buildings allowed quiet places to rest for our friends who are light sleepers and the three bedroom main house was the gathering place as well as the courtyard. The host responded within minutes to my pre visit questions and took care of a minor maintenance issue very quickly. Great restaurants within a block or two and a half mile walk to the French Quarter and a three block walk to Frenchman’s Street. 4 of the 6 bedrooms are on the main level which was important for our retiree group that had folks with mobility issues. Our group would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great stay!

What a unique wonderful property- so much character and charm! We did a full property buy out and it was perfect for our group of 12. We loved that we were together on the same property (we called it "the compound," intended in the best possible sense), but had room to spread out and find privacy when we needed or wanted it. And each unit has its own personality, which was cool. The common area courtyard was great, and the hot tub was a nice touch! The kitchen in the main house was great too. Each of the units was thoughtfully stocked, and the location was ideal to get anything else we needed for our stay. Location is amazing - walking distance to French Quarter and so many other cool spots. We LOVED it, and would definitely come back again. Host was super communicative and went above and beyond to accommodate our group's needs. Truly a gem and I would not hesitate to book this property again.

AMAZING LOCATION!

We had a really wonderful time. We originally had 15, but one couldn’t make it. I think it would have been a tight fit for all 15, but there were enough beds and sofas to fit our group! Kitchen came in handy, and the decorations and atmosphere were so amazing. Plus this was such a short walk to the French quarter without being in the midst of the all night party!!!!! And there were grocery stores nearby. Really couldn’t have asked for more!! Hot tub was clean and fun to use, the kitty cat became our friend and loves cheese!! Thank you so much for our stay. There were a couple places with drips from the rain, but honestly other than it happening, we have no complaints. We could still use all the areas/access everything.
