Fantastic sea view from the balcony, the living room and from one of the bedrooms. To the beach it´s a 3-minutes-walk. Fully equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms, satellite TV 40 '', Wifi Internet (free). Free parking on public places in front of the building.
Ideal to combine relaxing and culture vacation (Beach and City).

'MONTGAT', originally a former fishing village, is a very nice suburb on the outskirts of Barcelona's and situated in a very quiet area. Stroll on the beach or at the park promenade, which you reach within a few minutes-walk.
Distances: 10 km to Plaza de Glorias' and only 12 km from the cathedral 'La Sagrada Familia'.

Great location

Our family really enjoyed the location and the apartment had all the amenities that we needed. The views from the balcony are fantastic! The air conditioning does a great job of cooling off the living room but doesn't impact the bedrooms much, but there are ceiling fans in each bedroom. The checkin process was very smooth and our host answered all of our questions and provided great local recommendation.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im 4. OG mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, diese Aussicht zum Meer ist atemberaubend. Die Wohnung war sauber, allerdings wären einige Renovierungsarbeiten empfohlen. Sofa ist durchgesessen, Badezimmertüre ist tw. durch Feuchtigkeit beschädigt, .. Anders als im Angebot dargestellt, stehen nur öffentlich zugängliche Parkplätze zur Verfügung, die nahezu immer belegt sind. Ebenfalls nicht beschrieben wird, dass die Wohnung im 4. Stockwerk ohne Aufzug liegt.
