Fantastic location in the coveted Eagle-Vail community, with quick access to tons of amenities! 1.5 miles to Beaver Creek Resort, 0.7 miles to Avon town center, and less than 10 minutes to West Vail! We have been hosting guests in the Rocky Mountains for several years. Check out our reviews at our property in Breckenridge: www.vrbo.com/1227641
Come stay at our house, with plenty of room to stretch out across three levels. We are dog-friendly, as long as your dog is friendly—and well-behaved.
About the property….
On the main level, you'll find a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, wraparound windows and sliding doors, and a 65” 4K Roku smart TV with high-speed Internet and digital cable from Xfinity. We have a large kitchen with all of the essentials, and an open dining room with seating for up to ten people at the table and countertop.
On the upper level, you’ll find four bedrooms, configured for a larger group. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, private balcony, and an en-suite double vanity bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, and Bedroom 4 has twin bunk beds. There is a full balcony at the rear of the property, as well. A laundry room and an additional bathroom round out the upstairs layout.
On the lower level, you'll find a separate living area configured as a studio suite, including a secondary kitchen (sink, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig), a bathroom, another washer and dryer, and additional sleeping accommodations for up to four people on a queen bed and a convertible queen sofa. The studio also has a 55” 4K Roku smart TV and about 100 family-friendly and classic DVDs to choose from. We also have a Nintendo Wii and a few games and puzzles.
In the garage, you’ll find a ping pong table, foosball table, and elliptical machine. We also have a few bikes and water toys, like rafts, to take to Nottingham lake in the summertime. There is a heater to keep the space warm in the winter, too. Our private yard is fenced in on three sides, and the property is lined with aspen trees—and yes, a hammock is included in the summer!
About the community….
Eagle-Vail is a family-friendly, community-oriented neighborhood, and a perfect location for a relaxing mountain vacation all year round! Come here to golf, fish, hike, or just relax in the wonderful Rocky Mountain weather! The golf course is open and the community pool is available this summer and available for guest use with a daily pass (additional fees required), and we are just steps away from a wonderful park with a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a great sledding hill (sleds will be provided for our guests in the winter).
NOTE: No parties or loud guests will be permitted at this property under any circumstances.

The host was attentive, the location was well perfect for the cycling event, it was a little warm w/o AC but the fans and large living room windows kept the air moving. Overall all we have a great time and would stay here again.
We recently stayed at this property for 7 weeks. We just love the location, a two minute walk to a park as well as very near the Eagle-Vail trail for hiking. It is also near the Eagle-Vail course where dogs are allowed with their owners before and after the golfers play.Plenty of room in this 5 bedroom property and there were only a few hiccups during our stay which the owner Thomas quickly rectified.
This place was an incredible stay for my family. There was a ton of space, kitchen was fully stocked, and there was a lot of fun games. I highly recommend staying here.
We loved our stay here! Reasons to stay here:1. Lots of space and very family friendly2. Just minutes away from Beaver Creek!3. Kind, attentive, and helpful host4. Comfy bedsYou will be glad you booked this place!
We enjoyed the accommodations, perfect location for Beaver Creek, just a short drive. Great for multiple families. Owner was kind and great communication.
This is the second time staying at this property so we could enjoy multiple ski days at Vail. Everything was great! We had two families - kids and adults. It was perfect!
Myself and a few friends had a great stay here. We had a few issues with check-in and the cleaners not being ready in time, but Thomas (the host) was very responsive and accommodated us accordingly!
Close drive to beaver creek mountain for skiing and plenty of restaurants a short drive away (5–10 minutes) to get dinner or pick up takeout.
We would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in the area.
The location and the layout of the house are very good, but the cleanliness wasn't good and the rooms carpets need a replacement. Thomas (the host) attention was excellent

Thanks for the feedback, Alejandro. I’m surprised given our discussion about the linen closet (that was supposed to be locked). It is a staging area for our cleaners to place stained linens before they are sent to the laundromat for higher-powered washing. I’ll take a look at the carpets—the main rug is stained from guests earlier in the year, so it is scheduled to be replaced this summer. (I’m rethinking my a great idea to get a white carpet!)
We had a big group of 2 families, including little kids, a teenager, a grandmother, and a dog. The space worked perfectly for us. Places that accept pets are not always so clean, but this place was clean and comfortable. Lots of games and things for kids to do in the basement and garage. Good location.
Everything was good Disappointing about no air in bikes and balls no needle for ballsMain thing was road noise all bedrooms Thank you Ron

Just ok
Location and surroundings are great, but the house is in need of a deep cleaning. Kitchen needs some new pots and pans. It was just ok.

Hi Keith,
Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. I agree---the house needed a deep clean and new pots, pans, and dishes. We took care of all of that last year, and have new cleaning protocols in place with our housekeepers to ensure it remains that way. We also added several amenities for guests to use in the summer, like bikes, rafts, and such. I've also asked guests to report anything that seems out of place while they are at the house, so we can take care of anything that is wrong as soon as they notice it, rather than anyone having to put up with anything during their stay---we have a team on standby to help make this a great experience for everyone. We have plans to renovate as soon as our budget allows, and we will plan to keep it a pet-friendly property for future guests (there aren't many properties around that allow dogs). I'm sorry the house didn't live up to your expectations, but I hope you found the location and value acceptable for your time in the Vail Valley. Please reach out if you would like to discuss a return trip---we'll make it worth your while.
Thanks!
Thomas & Chrissy
We loved this place. It’s very large and fit our multi generational family with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Kitchen had everything you need to cook, and we made breakfast every day and dinner several nights. There was a lot to do on property/in the quiet neighborhood this home is in. From the games in the house (we played scrabble many nights) to the park in the neighborhood which was two or three doors down (basketball - sand volleyball - dog park - playground). There is also the trailhead for the eagle vail trail (actually it’s the end of the trail) in the neighborhood so it was great to just walk to that and then hike. The kids played a ton of foosball and there is ping pong also. I took the bike out through the neighborhood also. Walmart is super close (we actually walked there a couple times). And a nice Italian restaurant we walked to also.

About the host
Hosted by Thomas
My wife and I have a great love of the outdoors. After many years living up and down the East Coast, we decided to make a move and have been in Denver since 2010. Colorado is a wonderful place to live, play, and raise a family. We have two young children and a dog (pictured here at Carter Park) who all share our affinity for outdoor living. We are all excited to bring this property to the market and share the wonderful experience of Eagle-Vail with you.
Why they chose this property
We have stayed in many mountain properties over the years. Eagle-Vail offers so much for families and out-of-town groups, and this house is perfect for those gatherings. We have managed rental properties since 2008 and love connecting with our guests from all over the country. When others aren't staying here, we love and use this property as a second home to expose our children to all that the Colorado great outdoors have to offer.
What makes this property unique
Our goal in bringing this property to market is simple: Provide our guests with a comfortable, convenient location to build new memories with family and friends. Let's talk before you book if you have any questions. During your stay, if something isn't right, we'll fix it. And we'll learn from your feedback and make it even better next time.
