The host was attentive, the location was well perfect for the cycling event, it was a little warm w/o AC but the fans and large living room windows kept the air moving. Overall all we have a great time and would stay here again.

We recently stayed at this property for 7 weeks. We just love the location, a two minute walk to a park as well as very near the Eagle-Vail trail for hiking. It is also near the Eagle-Vail course where dogs are allowed with their owners before and after the golfers play.Plenty of room in this 5 bedroom property and there were only a few hiccups during our stay which the owner Thomas quickly rectified.

Great stay

Myself and a few friends had a great stay here. We had a few issues with check-in and the cleaners not being ready in time, but Thomas (the host) was very responsive and accommodated us accordingly! Close drive to beaver creek mountain for skiing and plenty of restaurants a short drive away (5–10 minutes) to get dinner or pick up takeout. We would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in the area.

Great location

The location and the layout of the house are very good, but the cleanliness wasn't good and the rooms carpets need a replacement. Thomas (the host) attention was excellent

Thanks for the feedback, Alejandro. I’m surprised given our discussion about the linen closet (that was supposed to be locked). It is a staging area for our cleaners to place stained linens before they are sent to the laundromat for higher-powered washing. I’ll take a look at the carpets—the main rug is stained from guests earlier in the year, so it is scheduled to be replaced this summer. (I’m rethinking my a great idea to get a white carpet!)

Nice place, roomy and well set up

We had a big group of 2 families, including little kids, a teenager, a grandmother, and a dog. The space worked perfectly for us. Places that accept pets are not always so clean, but this place was clean and comfortable. Lots of games and things for kids to do in the basement and garage. Good location.
