Futin - Outriaz - Gîte

In the heart of the village of Outriaz, in a natural and calm setting, come and discover the independent Futin gîte of 80 m² which can accommodate up to 5 people. Ideally located, you can discover sites such as the Haut Jura regional natural park, the Ain gorges, Lake Nantua or the Retord plateau. What if you went to discover local cheeses by tasting the famous Comté or Bleu de Gex directly from the producers. Let’s move on to visiting the lodge. As soon as you arrive, after having taken the cul-de-sac, you will be charmed by this little house with its beautiful rose bushes which bloom at its entrance in fine weather. Upon returning, you discover the living room including a living area equipped with a convertible sofa (140*190 for a single person) and a fully equipped open kitchen. Two bedrooms await you, one with a double bed (140*190) for two people, and the other with two single beds (90*190). A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. At the back of the gîte, accessed via the kitchen two steps down or from the outside, a room is available to store your bikes or any other equipment. You also benefit from a laundry area with washing machine. The electric heating included in the service ensures a pleasant temperature for winter periods. And for sunny days, what a joy to enjoy the exterior of the gîte with a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, comfortably seated while contemplating the view. Private parking is also at your disposal.
