Located on the first floor, the apartment is a souplex and well laid out. it includes :
- 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds ;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen
- a modern bathroom ;
- and a lounge area with a sofa bed, ideal for a teenager.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: filter and espresso coffee machines, refrigerator, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from metro stations "Philippe Auguste" line 2 and "Charonne" line 9, and you'll find plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

## Emplacement
The 11th arrondissement of Paris extends from the places of the Bastille to the Nation and the Republic squares. Far from being uniform, it is homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively district, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experiment.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, with numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges, hospitals as well as the Gare de Lyon which drains a continuous stream of travelers to the center.
