Cozy space just on the edge of downtown Denver. Not far from i25 in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect if you're just passing through for a night or two if you're not into the hotel life. Plenty of places of interest within short driving or walking distance.

Great neighborhood lodging option!

I loved that this place was in a residential neighborhood, gave me the experience of more of a local than a visitor, which suited my preference for this over a downtown hotel. The host was excellent with communicating with me everything I needed for my stay and I appreciated the ease of the self check in and out.

Great Stay near Sloan Lake

My wife and I were in town to see a couple of shows at Empower Field. This rental was located in walking distance, it was well equipped, comfortable, quiet, and had off-street parking. I would highly recommend it and we might be back during football season.

This spot was great for our short stay. The unit was clean, everything as advertised, and super easy to access and check in. Loved getting to use the driveway. The Sloan's Lake area is hard to beat; so many great food, bar and shopping options in the immediate area, and also very easy to get to spots like downtown or Red Rocks. My wife and I are definitely keeping this unit on our list for the future.

Pleasant and great location

Really nice little space in the basement. Everything was as promised. It has some nice features if you choose to hang out there, but really this property shines as a place to crash while in the area. Neighborhood is safe and we walked extensively (to the stadium, around the lake, to ice cream shop).

Cody was very helpful and communicated well with us. Minutes to beautiful Sloan’s Lake, Broncos Stadium, dining and shopping. Rupert’s was great for brunch overlooking the lake!No a/c but fan was provided.

Property was as described. Front of the house is a little intimidating as it looks like it is undergoing renovations. Patio in the back is very inviting, no issues with unit and temperature was comfortable considering 90 degrees during the day. Close to Sloan Lake in a residential area.

Thanks for your stay. For future travelers: the listing clearly describes the property as a standard 1950s single-family home. It’s not a new build, and it’s definitely not “under renovation,” it just looks like… a normal older Denver house. Before booking, I always recommend taking a quick look at the Sloan’s Lake neighborhood on Street View to get a feel for the area. Guests who prefer a more polished, hotel-style exterior may want to book something in that category. Travelers looking for a comfortable, well-maintained space in a quiet residential neighborhood tend to enjoy the unit exactly as it is.
