Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking at the house on the premises, single garage. Shop, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Figeac" 15 km. Tennis 1 km. Nearby attractions: Gouffre de Padirac 50 km, Rocamadour 60 km, Sarlat 100 km, Grottes de Lascaux 130 km. Please note: car recommended.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra) with bar. Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 180 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/shower/WC, TV and DVD. Gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 170 cm with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm). 2 terraces covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Beautiful view. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Prachtig huis voor een fantastische vakantie

Het huis is prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep prima voor de sleutel overdracht. Er is een prachtig zwembad aanwezig met ligstoelen en kussens. De keuken is voorzien van alles wat u nodig heeft. De bedden zijn prima. Wij hebben een super vakantie gehad hier.
