Absolutely wonderful! Host sent a message answering all my questions a few days before our trip. Check in was a breeze. Room, property, and amenities were great! 10/10
If you want more room than the hotels on Disney property stay here. This condo was a perfect for a weekend get away at Disney parks. Lyft drivers were excellent and got us to the parks.
This property is incredible and exceeded our expectations for our first family vacation to Florida. Close drive to Disney parks and various shopping areas. Clean and very well kept grounds. Our condo was amazing, spacious, and was a perfect spot for our week in Orlando. Will recommend to friends and family...and we may end up booking again in the future!
This was our 2nd vacation staying at this property. We made sure to have a few more days to enjoy the amenities this time around. Clean and well-maintained. Perfect for our family!
We have stayed at this property several times but this is the 1st time using this host. But we’ll definitely use them for future stays! The process was easy and they were able to add an extra night when our plans changed. The property its self is great. There are several pools and activities and the staff work super hard to make sure the grounds are well maintained. But the best part is the proximity to the parks and Disney Springs!
The staff at the property were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for our families planned activities. Our booking agent was friendly and very prompt with answering any questions we had. Excellent experience! Would definitely stay here again!
Love the resort. This was second visit. If only we got a balcony toward the lake instead of parking both times lol. . But this not at all the owners fault. It’s what was left when we checked in is all. Other than that, things were freaking awesome as we expected.
Had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. Cleanliness of the resort exceeded my expectations. Our two bedroom unit with balcony was clean and the kitchen facilities were well equipped. The pools and lazy rivers were clean and the resort facilities were well groomed. During our stay, we found the Wyndham staff to be friendly and accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be staying here again!
Tina, our VRBO host, kept us well informed of the check-in and check-out process. Will be booking our next Wyndham stay thru Tina.
Comminication with Tina and Hannah was flawless and quick. Very responsive which I appreciated . All the units are the same and are assigned by Wyndham Bonnet Creek. I appreciate that Tina described the sales pitch to meet and see time share sales. It is in the first 15 minutes of checking in and it comes on hard with them holding your pool access bands while trying to convince you to come to the sales pitch. Remain firm and they leave you alone the remainder of the trip. The rooms could use some updating and refurbishment but for the price and location, they are great. Plenty of on site amenties as listed which are geeat

Disappointed
The resort is first class - however, our check-in and room allocation was a disaster. We arrived early to register requesting any 2 bedroom on any ’high floor’ - we are normally happy with anything above the 3rd floor with a resort view. We received a call mid afternoon stating our room was ready and much to our dismay were given a room on the first floor with a floor to ceiling view of a thick hedge a couple of feet outside. When we returned to the desk to state that the room was unacceptable,, we were told that they were ‘fully booked’. and we were given a room on the second floor on the rear of a building overlooking a parking lot that was ‘under renovation’. We did not detect any other guests in that part of the building. The next morning,we were awakened by outside renovation activity involving fairly heavy equipment. Shortly after we received a call stating we could pick up 3 25.00 resort vouchers to compensate for the noise..We are a couple in our 'upper 80's, and our previous stays have been great. We love the resort, but, just disappointed.
We had a fabulous vacation. So nice to be able to stretch out, make our own meals and enjoy our own spaces. The location is perfect for visiting Disney Springs and the parks. As a bonus we could see Epcot and Magic Kingdom fireworks from our balcony every night.

Our room has tired decor, but service- able. Thin walls in building 2, where we stayed.
Overall, the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were great, we had two bedrooms, and the staff were super friendly. The person who checked us in was able to accommodate my request for a room near an elevator no problem! It was not crowded AT ALL, and really a very nice stay
There were two things I wasn't expecting. 1st, my youngest child has a mobility issue, and it was difficult for us to get her to all the different towers, and we weren't close to the ones designed for children. They still had an excellent time at the pools we were able to get to, and there were amenities in our tower (like towel pick up, ping pong paddles, etc.) I would just say if you have mobility issues, plan for the half mile walk between all the pools.
Secondly, we got caught in the timeshare talk. I sort of realized it was happening at the time, and I was sort of interested in learning more about time shares. But you should know they will charge you $40 to make sure you attend if you get caught in their speech. They described it as an 1.5 hour tour of the facility, and it absolutely was not! We were already staying in the timeshare, and did not need to see the rooms. We attended with our two children, and did not have her mobility device, so I had to carry her through the facility, They changed out salesmen about five times trying to get us to buy at that moment. And they definitely didn't listen to us when we talked about our needs on vacation. It was high pressure sales all around. If you get caught in, just let that $40 go. The pitch is not worth it! They won't tell you how much it costs, they won't tell you what the financing options are, you would do better to talk to a car salesman, they'll give you more information then these sales people will.
