Brand new beautiful townhome based in Sunnyside Houston. The location is 15 minutes from downtown Houston and 10 minutes from main attractions such as the museum district, midtown, downtown, and the heights area. Building is brand new and was built in 2021. WiFi, smart TV, and two parking spaces included. There are exterior cameras (located on all four sides) on the property for safety and security reasons. For longer stays, there is a potential for the cleaning fee to be adjusted based on final inspection.

Beautiful property

The townhouse itself is beautiful. It's a new construction and you can tell that it's well taken care of by the owner. The only downside of the property is its location. It's located on a sketchy street so don't be alarmed if you think you're in the wrong area. However, there's a gate to the property which provides an extra layer of safety. The only downside of the stay was knowing the owner was watching our every move through the ring. PLEASE DON'T PARK IN SPOT B, EVEN IF IT'S TO STRAIGHTEN UP TO PARK IN SPOT A. YOU'LL IMMEDIATELY GET A CALL BEFORE YOU CAN WARN YOUR GUEST OR FIX THE SITUATION.
