Enjoy some pool and outdoor fun in a resort-like backyard! The pool has a 35ft long water slide great for kids AND adults with a grotto and waterfalls. There’s a large hot tub (8-10 people) overlooking the pool. There are lounge chairs surrounding pool area. There’s a gas fire pit, horseshoe pit, cornhole, outdoor seating and gas BBQ. Pool towels and floaties are provided. There is a safety gate around pool side of yard.

The interior space (2400sqft) is nice and open and fully remodeled. There are 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths (1 downstairs), the couch is big enough to sleep 2. There is a queen air mattress in downstairs closet also.
Spend your day outside by the pool then come in and continue the fun! There is plenty to keep you entertained inside with a Ping pong table, board games, DVDs, putting strip, Pac Man, and magnetic dart board.

• The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware and utensils, blender, coffee maker, cappuccino maker, etc. Coffee and creamer provided. Basic spices, olive oil, foil, zip lock baggies are stocked as well. Please message with any questions.
• Gas BBQ and fire pit (no need for coals or wood)
*Spacious driveway parking (3 cars max allowed per city) with RV parking on side.
• Pet friendly with a $75fee (2 dogs max) doggy door available upon request. Water and food bowl, small bed provided.
* Fast Wi-Fi with 3 mobile routers.

The house is located in the heart of Murrieta. It is less then 2 miles from the brand new Murrieta Hot Springs Spa/Resort. There are ample shopping centers close by. There are grocery stores within 1 mile. A new Costco just opened 4 miles up the road. The house is 10mins to Temecula wineries and old town Temecula with tons of restaurants and bars. San Diego county line is 20miles south on the 15 freeway. Disneyland is 60 miles away.

There are NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS or inviting additional guests not listed in booking or unless approved by host (up to 9). MAX PEOPLE ALLOWED AT PROPERTY ALL TIMES IS 9. The city has a noise ordinance after 10pm so outside noise must be kept to a minimum. Waterfalls in pool must be turned off by 10pm. The house is in a neighborhood so please be considerate.

• Late checkout (if available ) is $75/hr.
• Heating pool $120/day for May-September . $150/day for October -April . Of note the pool typically is warm enough in summer months into early fall that it does not require heating
* Please give 2 days notice to allow adequate time to heat. The heating of spa is included in stay.

There are security cameras around the perimeter of house (backyard, pool area) for safety. There is 1 security camera (not functioning ) inside of the house that is covered and does NOT work.

- $1500 per month refundable deposit
- Utilities maximum allowance per utility per month. Any cost incurred above stated amount will be the responsibility of tenants and taken out of deposit.

Gardener comes weekly on Mondays
Pool service is weekly on Tuesdays
Garbage pickup is Friday . Bins must be put back in backyard after. Housekeeping services provided twice a month for monthly stays.

Beautiful home!

We had a small get together for my best friends bachelorette here, and it was such a wonderful property to stay at to celebrate! We spent most of our time in the pool, and had dinner at one of the nicer restaurants nearby. The host left a gift for us as well since we were celebrating an occasion. She is very attentive and quick to respond. We would stay here again!

Great property!

We stayed for two nights. The home is clean and has so many immenities! The home owner was very quick to reply back when we had a question. The pool was great! When we got in, we saw she left us fresh fruit from the trees! It was so good! We ate it all over the weekend. The house was set so that everyone has some personal space. They also have great games downstairs. There were games for all ages! Overall, this home was wonderful and with my son living in the area, I know we will rent this property again!

WOW!!

Easy to get there, plenty of room in driveway. Lock easy open front door. Loved the way all the BIG toys are in front room away from the TV. Kitchen is spacious and nicely stocked with condiments and spices that get expensive to purchase for just one dish. Bedrooms and bathrooms are nice but couldn't use the tub because there was no way to keep the water in, ? broken. But the best was the pool. When you have a 3,5 and 7 year old who could ask for anymore more. This was a great house.

Perfect Spot

We had a wonderful time at this property! Tonya is a great communicator. She was very accommodating with us, given our emergency circumstances. The pool was so much fun and relaxing. Very ample including a deep end and a wading pool. Also the jacuzzi was so interesting with a spot for standing with lots of jets to relax your body. I loved how the cabinets were well labeled and well stocked. The kitchen had great appliances and very spacious. Tons of towels, linens and necessary goods. The place was so clean and tidy. If I was going to make a suggestion it would be to offer a table for toddlers to sit and eat. Those little ones need their feet on the ground. I thank you once more!

Perfect for the whole family

My mother and daughter recently celebrated birthdays and we wanted a nice place they could both feel celebrated. We stayed there 3 days with plans of taking grandma out to see the beautiful vineyards, casino and shopping. Well guess what?! This house was so perfect, we had one girls day out and the rest we decided to stay home for fun in the sun by the pool. The waterslide was perfect for the kids while the jacuzzi was great for the ones with stiff joints. This house was well decorated, organized with easy to follow instructions on how to use the water slides, water falls, jacuzzi, pool games, fire pit, multiple TV's, game room and more My kids kept saying how they wanted to live in this house forever. Only drawback was that we all enjoyed this house so much we didn't go out to see everything else we had planned on. I guess that means we will be back for sure at some point in the future. We had a blast!!

Amazing weekend escape

This is truly a wonderful property. It was spotlessly clean, fully stocked with the essentials, and had tons of different things to keep all ages and a dog entertained. The highlights for us were the ping pong table, the grassy yard with cornhole/horseshoes, bbq, fire pit, and the spectacular pool with waterslide and spa. It's truly like being at your own private resort. We had a couple small issues that were outside of Tonya's control, but she was so incredibly responsive and helped resolve everything quickly. She's one of the best hosts you could imagine! Just in case it helps future guests with kids, one possibly important note is that the primary bedroom has an ensuite huge bath, but there is no door separating the bedroom from the bathroom and no door to the commode inside the bathroom. Due to the high placed windows in this bathroom, there is also no way to fully block out natural light from entering this bedroom in the morning. Also keep in mind that one of the three bathrooms is located downstairs, but all three bedrooms are upstairs, so the two smaller bedrooms share a very spacious hallway bath. Fortunately none of these were issues for us, but wanted to mention them just in case. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. It was truly a perfect way to spend a relaxing weekend with our extended family.

Feels Like a Private Resort

This property was really clean, had tons of sleeping options, and the best feature was this amazing backyard. It felt like we were in a resort that we had all to ourselves. The only thing I would say is that it's pricey but considering we have a relative currently undergoing chemo, it was the perfect getaway for us. We understand there are probably tons of maintenance costs for keeping a property like this so I can understand the high cost. Tonya was perfectly accommodating and checked in to make sure there was anything that we needed throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with things we needed to bbq outside. There were lots of towels available for us for swimming and bathing. Overall, really great experience.
