Fully air-conditioned (except for the bedroom on level 0), it boasts a large swimming pool and well-kept garden. You can enjoy panoramic sea views of the Golden Isles from the outdoor lounge. Please note that events are not permitted.

Set in its own garden, the villa offers parking for 2 vehicles inside the property, which is enclosed and secured by an electric gate. A wifi connection is also available.

Level 0 :
Bedroom 1: comprising 2 single beds that can be converted into 1 double bed (160x200cm), with closet (no air-conditioning).
En-suite shower room with shower and sink.

Level 1:
A beautiful living room comprising a dining room and lounge, equipped with flat-screen TV, Bluetooth speaker (Apple connectivity only). An independent, fully-equipped kitchen overlooks the pool. The coffee maker is a Nespresso.

Level 2:
Bedroom 2: with a 160x200 cm double bed, with closet + air-conditioning.
Bedroom 3: with double bed (160x200 cm) and closet + air-conditioning.
Bedroom 4: with two single beds that can be converted into 1 double bed (160x200cm) and a closet + air-conditioning.
Separate shower room with large shower and double vanity unit.
Separate WC.

Outside:
A terrace with a dining area for 8 people, equipped with an electric awning and a gas barbecue.
Relaxation area with 4 deckchairs on the lawn.

Traveler access:
You will have access to the entire villa and its grounds, with the exception of a locked private room on level 0.
