This very nice holiday home consists of 3 separate living units and is located close to the dike.

Apartment 3 is on the ground floor with direct access to its own terrace and is equipped for 5 adults and a small child.

Your holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen with storage room, living room with LCD TV, 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x double bed and 1 x single bed), a bathroom with shower / toilet and a separate toilet.

An ironing board, iron and a washing machine are at your disposal in the separate laundry room.

A separate terrace was created for each living unit, equipped with garden furniture and a grill.
Here you can let the fresh 'North Sea air' blow around your nose on sunny days.

A parking space and storage facilities for your bicycles are also available.

Quiet location and yet right in the middle. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach shops, bakeries, excellent restaurants and the indoor play park 'Sturmfei' with adjacent wellness oasis etc..

Unser Aufenthalt in Neßmersiel war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung war wunderschön und großzügig geschnitten. Einziger Verbesserungspunkt war die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, da ich aus früheren Urlauben an der Nordsee normalerweise einen persönlichen Kontakt gewohnt bin.Zusätzlich wäre es hilfreich gewesen, im Voraus darüber informiert zu werden, dass bei Starkregen im Wohnzimmer Wasser eindringen kann und die Rolläden geschlossen werden sollten.Insgesamt waren wir jedoch mit allem sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Wir waren als Familien mit unserer 11 jährigen Tochter und unseren 7 jährigen Zwillingen da. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und sehr groß wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das war die best ausgestatteste Ferienwohnung die wir bis jetzt hatten. Die Vermieter sehr nett und bei Fragen wird auch schnell geantwortet. Spielzeug für die Kinder war auch ausreichend vorhanden. Wir können diese Wohnung zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden.

Beste Ferienwohnung die ich je gesehen habe

Wir waren sehr überrascht. Ich habe noch nie eine Ferienwohnung gesehen die so liebevoll eingerichtet war und sauber war. Es wurde hier wirklich an alles gedacht. Absolute herzensempfehlung! Sehr netter Kontakt. Der Urlaub war wirklich sehr schön! Danke das wir uns wie zuhause fühlen konnten.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Was ich zu bemängeln hätte, dass keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sind. Würde Sinn machen, da hinten an der Wiese ein Graben ist wo Wasser drinnen steht und doch sehr viele Mücken da waren. Also konnten wir abends die Fenster nicht auf machen. Aber das ist das einzige was zu bemängeln ist.

Tolle große Fewo für Familien

Wir waren mehrmals in der Region, doch so eine schöne, großzügige Fewo hatten wir noch nie. Mit 3 Kindern eine Fewo zu finden ist nicht ganz leicht, aber diese tolle Wohnung hat uns alle begeistert. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage top.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Neßmersiel im März 2023. Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig vom Platzangebot, ordentlich und sauber. Die Küche war mit allen notwendigen Gegenständen ausgestattet. Gewürze etc. fehlten lediglich. Im Bad gab es genügend Seife, Toilettenpapier und Müllbeutel für unseren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern und dem Text. Für unseren Sohn (2) hatte ich Steckstosensicherungen dabei. Teilweise waren auch welche in der Wohnung vorhanden. Bücher und etwas Spielzeug war auch vor Ort. Leider sind im März viele Restaurants, Cafés, etc. geschlossen und auch das "Sturmfrei" scheint renoviert zu werden und war zu. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit, vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber!

Sehr schöne großzügige Wohnung

Wir sind mit Baby und Kleinkind angereist und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Durchdacht eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Umgebung war für uns genau das Richtige um ein paar Tage frische Luft und Ruhe zu tanken, auch wenn das Wetter novembertypisch war.

Nur zu Empfehlen

Sowas von umkompliziert von Beginn an. Die Übergabe der Wohnung war genial. Einfach anreisen und die in der Haustür steckenden Schlüssel übernehmen. Alles war sauber und auch großzügig ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin kam nur kurz zum Hallo-sagen herein und alles war geritzt. Genauso bei der Abreise. Wohnung Besenrein hinterlassen, was eigentlich selbstvertändlich sein sollte. Schlüssel stecken lassen, abfahren und gut wars. Bäcker und Lebensmittelmarkt 500 mtr entfernt. Jederzeit würde ich dort wieder den Urlaub verbringen.
