Laundry had both washer and dryer along with everything you need to do a load was provided. Kitchen was well stocked with a big variety of utensils, plates, cups and silverware. Lots of pots and pans and very clean! Spacious bathroom and both bedrooms were very comfortable. Our host was very kind and attentive. It felt like home.
The house is really cute and we really enjoyed sitting out in the patio deck. It is in a good location. Quiet neighborhood. The host was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!!!
Our home away from home. A nice location with all the mature trees around. We enjoyed side deck. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook during our stay.
Ms. Jan was very helpful and outgoing, she even folded our towels that we had left in the dryer one day when we had left for the day as she was with the handyman replacing the door lock. Everything was provided and the cottage was very nice and clean.
This was absolutely perfect. We came into Harrison by motorcycle to ride the Ozarks, this was the perfect home base. Bonus covered bike parking right outside back door. House had everything we needed plus some. Added bonus was the owner, Jan, was fantastic.
Jan is very friendly, helpful and kind. The house is well appointed and comfortable, but it is in a very hilly part of town. If you’re riding in on a motorcycle or just driving a car, the driveway is fine, with covered parking. However, the driveway wasn’t long enough for our 1-ton dually crew cab and 15’ enclosed trailer, so we had to park the trailer on a narrow, public access alley that sloped down. It was challenging unloading the motorcycles. Otherwise, good location, very quiet; just be aware if you plan to bring in a rig like ours that you’re going to have parking issues.
Jan and her sister are absolutely wonderful hosts! We had cinnamon rolls delivered by the owner our first morning there! She told us about he farmers market down town, so awesome!
The house is well supplied and is in a nice quiet neighborhood! Owner is very close by for any issues! Owner had left us VIP bracelets for us to attend local July 4th event. She was fantastic and so accommodating!
The thoughtful preparations were great and so appreciated! Can't wait to go back again and again.
Best sushi ever just a few miles away in a strip mall across from walmart, NewTokyo sushi and hibachi. The best and most fresh I have ever experienced, all house made sauces and the crab Rangoon....TOO DIE FOR its even homemade!!
And western sizzlin is a great old school lunch. Takes you right back to the 80s sizzles.
Neighborhood diner...BEST breakfast in town!!
This was such a great place to stay. Peaceful, clean and a great size with amenities. I loved sitting out on the porch in the morning watching the sunrise listening to the birds and watching the squirrels run around. 5 star stay!
Brenda was an outstanding host! Very personable and checked in with us to make sure everything was as expected. Full kitchen utensils, and we used the washer dryer two times which was very convenient. The carport was great for our two motorcycles considering it rained overnight. Brenda even bought us charcoal for the Weber grill so we didn’t have to put the bag on our bikes. Quiet neighborhood which was a plus. Central location in Harrison Arkansas perfect for our home base for motorcycle rides all over northern Arkansas!
Very cute cottage in Harrison, Arkansas. Close to everything in town that we wanted to do,(flea marketing and thrifting). Beds comfortable, living room, bathroom, and kitchen fine. Deck on side of house very nice. Would love to come back sometime.
