The apartment has two beautiful bedrooms, it's a 140 double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower which will allow you to relax after a busy day.

You can find many shops near the accommodation (grocery stores, bakeries, supermarkets, etc.). Poitiers city center is located 10 minutes away on foot.
Please note, however, that the apartment is located behind Poitiers train station. Despite very good sound insulation with double-glazed windows, there may be train noise that can sometimes be heard in the background.

Poitiers train station is located 100m away. The city center 8 minutes walk. The apartment is located 10 minutes by car from the Futuroscope Park.
If you come by car, you can park in the street, or in the Pont Achard and Toumaï car parks just in front of the residence.
