Two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath townhouse just a short .4 mile walk from the sandy beach on the Delware Bay. Located in the quaint historic fishing village of Bowers Beach. Relax on the back deck overlooking wetlands. Take a stroll to the restaurant or bar just a short walk away. Enjoy the outdoors and the many exciting things the area has to offer. Property is conveniently located close to Delaware Turf Club (15 minutes) Dover Speedway (25 minutes), Dover Downs and the Dover Air Force Base.
Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with premium sheets and pillows. All new flooring, paint, and furniture in 2021!

Wonderful and quiet stay.

Our stay was fantastic. The property was spotless and perfect. We were there in April and the town was so quiet and lovely. Short drives took us to the busy beaches but it was so nice to come “home” to our quiet place.

Great stay

We stayed for a long weekend in October while visiting family for a wedding. The property worked really well for our two teenagers and my spouse and I. We did all the puzzles and were able to walk to the beach one day. It was exactly what we needed and we would stay again.

Tournament stay

My daughter had a lacrosse tournament at DE Turf and this was a perfect location. House was clean and comfortable! Local restaurant was also great!

The smell

The house appeared clean but the place smelled moldy and old. I do not think the carpet and rugs were cleaned properly and neither was the bed sheets. I brought my own cleaning supplies and sheets. I had to open up the window to get the smell out due to getting a headache because of the smell. I did not reach out to the property manager of the house. However overall it was a beautiful home and I still enjoyed myself.

Best place to stay when going to DE Turf!

We love staying at this house when traveling to this area for tournaments. The house has every comfort one can need, is in a beautiful location, and is within walking distance to an amazing restaurant.

Stay by DE Turf

The house was decorated beautifully and had almost everything we needed. Love the flat top grill. We were there for a lacrosse tournament . It is so close to DE Turf but secluded enough to be peaceful after long days in the sun. My husband enjoyed the small town friendliest while fishing in between events. Also has a Fantastic restaurant that hosts bands outside on the weekend called JP Wharf. It was a 5 min stroll to get there. One down point, my player is a teenager. A second TV in the kids room would have been nice. He needed to relax after long days. He ended up hooking his Xbox to the main TV.

Clean and comfortable

We stayed while attending a tournament at the DE Turf and found the location to be very convenient. The unit was just as it was advertised- very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Relaxing Stay in Bowers

We spent 2 nights in this condo, we were in town for a sporting event. The place was very clean and well decorated. The property manager was super responsive! The walk to the water/small beach is really nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in central Delaware

We stayed here for several days, and loved being within walking distance to the beach, and close to lots of activities in Dover and other nearby communities. The home was well maintained and clean, and the hosts were friendly, and communicated clearly.

Dover AFB

So happy we found this cottage. Centrally located to everything we needed. We were in Delaware for a weekend visit with my son and daughter-in-law at Dover AFB. Owners communication was great and the house was very comfortable. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Family Reunion

Beautiful townhome, very clean, conveniently located. Walking distance to the beach and only a 10 minute drive to family who Iives in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet getaway

Wanted to have a quiet beach getaway. It was perfect for us. There is quite a bit to do in the surrounding area. DuPont and Prime Hook were a nice surprise. Would recommend to anyone who wants a beach getaway without the crowds.

Nice Quiet Spot for Younger Families

We weren’t sure if our almost-4-year-old daughter could handle the hustle and bustle of the larger beaches, so we searched and landed on Bowers Beach. The house was the perfect size for us three plus my In-Laws. We had enough room to move around without tripping over each other. The kitchen and cleaning supplies were well-stocked, which isn’t something we relied on (we brought our own stuff) - but it was nice to have some extra dishwasher tabs to run the dishwasher and extra trash bags at the end of the stay. The town is quiet and the beach isn’t busy at all. The first day we had biting flies, but the second day was windier and the flies weren’t even present. The water is calm and shallow, which was great for our daughter. We really enjoyed the stay and will recommend the beach to younger families in the same situation as we were.

Nice stay

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and this house was very convenient for us. It's super cute and clean but we did have some mosquitoes and spiders. It's was also hard to see the address at night when we arrived. The restaurant down the street was great and we enjoyed the beach. We would stay again!
