Superb holiday rental with heated private pool and jacuzzi for 12 people located in Saint-Chamas in the heart of the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolis (Bouches-du-Rhône department), near Salon-de-Provence, between the villages of Miramas-le-Vieux and Cornillon-Confoux

Discover this exceptional property of almost two hectares, offering an exceptional panorama over the Berre pond and the Olive Grove, on the edge of the Pine Forest.

At only 2 km from the city centre, enjoy the charming marina, the Saint-Chamas cove, the cliffs, and the Clock Bridge.

Explore the beaches of the blue coast within 50 km, as well as numerous outdoor activities (horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, tennis).
The MacArthurGlen Provence Outlet Village (7 km) also offers shopping.

EXTERIOR

This superb detached villa with a private and heated swimming pool for 12 people in Saint-Chamas, has a pleasant garden of 1.8 hectares, part of which is fenced, surrounded by about a hundred olive trees, extended by almost 2 hectares of wooded land and hiking trails in the Provence hills.
This villa enjoys a magnificent view of the surrounding forest and the Étang de Berre!
The garden is laid out with:
three lovely terraces:
The first, 120 m2, faces the pool and gives access to the kitchen. It is shaded by a shade veil, fitted with a table and chairs that can accommodate up to 12 people.
The second, which is adjacent to the pavilion facing the pool, is fitted with a jacuzzi (activated on request with supplement) and a PELLETS barbecue (operates using wood pellets provided to tenants and can be activated remotely).
The third terrace welcomes you upon arrival and has a direct entrance to the largest of the lounges.
This terrace is beautifully illuminated in the evening.
A heated overflow pool with a lovely fountain (15 m x 4 m - depth: 1.40 m + 2 submerged beaches) accessible by steps, with a security system of alarm type, self-cleaning, in service from 15 March to 2 November.
A parking area with 2 charging points for electric cars.

An access ramp for people with reduced mobility allows movement from the garden to the house.

INTERIOR

This pleasant individual villa with a private and heated swimming pool for 12 people in Saint-Chamas has a surface area of 450 m².
It is accessible to people in wheelchairs. This holiday rental consists of the main house with 10 rooms and a charming independent pavilion facing the swimming pool.

PART 1: main house

GROUND FLOOR:

A vast authentic kitchen created for the Provençal cook Marius Bernard, opening onto the living room, equipped (5-burner gas hob, American fridge, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker and a toaster). Access to the garden and swimming pool is through a French window from the kitchen.

A first stay of 100 m2, air-conditioned with a sofa set and a dining area that can accommodate 12 people.

A second stay of 45 m2, air-conditioned and isolated from the rest of the house by a French window, which includes on the ground floor: a set of sofas, television, fireplace (insert), table football, and on the other hand an upstairs with a mezzanine bedroom equipped with a 160 double bed and a water room (2 washbasins and shower cabin with the possibility of activating the massage function with hydrojets).

The room has no door. The separation between the living room and the bedroom is done by a wooden staircase.
An amenities space adjacent to the kitchen with a pantry (5m2) with refrigerator, storage space and a laundry room with washing machine (10kg) and tumble dryer. An independent toilet with a hand basin.

A room with direct access to the garden, fitted with two single 90 cm beds that can be joined to form a 180 cm double bed.
The room is designed to accommodate a person with reduced mobility.
It has a fan.

The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom, with 1 basin, 1 walk-in shower equipped with a chair, a hairdryer, and 1 WC (without support bar).

FIRST FLOOR:

A room with a 160 bed separable on request into 2 single beds 80, a fan, a balcony with a panoramic view, and a bathroom (shower, washbasin and hair dryer).

Par où commencer…. Quelle propriété fantastique et des hôtes géniaux !!!

Nous avons passé deux semaines pendant la période de Noël 24h/24 et 25h/24 dans la rue Olivier et nous sommes très heureux de l'avoir fait. La propriété est entièrement rénovée avec toutes les commodités modernes, y compris une piscine et un jacuzzi, un grand espace de stationnement, suffisamment de terrain pour les chiens et la taille des chambres était géniale. Nous étions 12 personnes dans la propriété et c'était parfait. L’espace chaud et confortable est parfait en hiver et l’espace extérieur serait parfait en été. Jérôme (l'hôte) vous fournit tout ce dont vous avez besoin, serviettes, bois, granulés pour le BBQ, liquide vaisselle….tout ! Ma femme et moi avons séjourné dans l'annexe, nous donnant notre propre espace, ce qui était super si nous avions besoin de paix ! Vous avez également une vue sur l'eau depuis le balcon à l'étage. Les couchers de soleil sont géniaux ! Jérôme était le héros de ces deux semaines. Le cireur de location de ma mère a eu une crevaison à proximité et il est venu la chercher, a organisé la récupération de la voiture et l'a ramenée à la maison. Il a également organisé pour nous la dinde de Noël du boucher local et des puddings de Noël spéciaux pour nous également de la boulangerie locale. Le jour du Nouvel An, il nous a trouvé un magasin de feux d'artifice (rare dans le sud de la France), et peu de temps après, je les ai récupérés pour un brillant spectacle de Nouvel An à la maison. Jérôme et sa femme n'auraient rien pu faire de plus pour nous. Le séjour était tout simplement parfait. Dans la ville locale (Saint Chamas), vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin, notamment des bars, des magasins, des boulangeries et un vétérinaire si vous en avez besoin. Vous avez de belles villes et villages à visiter à proximité et n'êtes qu'à environ deux heures de St Tropez que nous avons visité. Une voiture de location est recommandée depuis l'aéroport de Marseille qui se trouve à 35 minutes en voiture au bord de l'eau. Vous pouvez également réserver des visites de vignobles – un incontournable de la région. Nous ne remercierons jamais assez Jérôme, sa femme et l'agence pour ce séjour. La communication a été fantastique, tout comme le séjour, et j'ai gagné un ami pour la vie en la personne de Jérôme !
