Unit is a 3 bedroom condominium on the 5th floor of a beachfront building. Spectacular views of the ocean and beach from the master bedroom and living room. The 1/2 mile long private beach and huge swimming pool are steps away from your elevator. Three short blocks away is the world-class tennis community of Sea Colony.
Tastefully furnished with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, a bunk with full trundle and pull out twin bed in the third bedroom,. TV/VCR in living room and master bedroom. Have your breakfast on the spacious balcony while enjoying a panoramic view of the ocean.
Linens and towels as well toiletries are provided.
Sea Colony is the premier family beach and tennis resort community located in Bethany Beach, Delaware.
Owners and guests have exclusive access to a half-mile of private, guarded beach, 2 pools, 34 tennis courts, world-class tennis facilities and instructors, and the Freeman Fitness Center with an Olympic-size indoor pool and a variety of programs for every age.
A Guest Badge fee (varying from $15.00 to $47.00 depending on the time of the year) has to be purchased for each person over4 years old to use any of the recreational facilities and amenities. This includes the beach, pools, tennis courts, Gym, transportation system, and two parking permits.

It had been my dream to be able to own a 'pied a terre' with ocean view and direct access to the beach until I lucked out in one of my investments and got some extra cash to buy this beautiful ocean front condominium. The pleasure of sitting in your own living room and be able to smell the ocean water, hear the waves and enjoy the view is incomparable. I would like to share this unique experience with you and thus make my beautiful condo available for your enjoyment.
Why they chose this property
I have two young and active children and wanted to find a place where each member of my family can find their favorite activity to enjoy. Sea Colony at Bethany Beach is the best environment for a vacation home that caters to families.
What makes this property unique
Sea Colony has over 1/2 of a mile of private beach, 12 swimming polls two of which are indoor, a world class tennis facility with 34 indoor and outdoor courts, several miles of bike trail and many other amenities that can keep you busy all day long.
