The house has been completely modernized and is bright and modern. From the roofed entrance, which also serves as a carport for your car, you enter the hallway with a cloakroom. From here you can access the living and dining room, the children's room and the bathroom. In the living-dining room there is a corner sofa on which you can make yourself comfortable to read a book or watch TV. The dining table offers space for four people so that you can have breakfast together comfortably. Adjacent is the kitchen with induction hob, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. An additional freezer is located in the storage room. The children's room is equipped with a bunk bed. The modern bathroom has a toilet, vanity and a bathtub, which can also be used for showering. From the living-dining room you can access the bedroom with a double bed (180/200 cm) and a wardrobe.
A carport is available for your car free of charge. On the south-west terrace, adjacent to the living room, garden furniture and a grill are available for use.
