Family-friendly holiday home with a panoramic view of the Aabenraa Fjord

6 person holiday home with incredibly beautiful sea views is located in a quiet area near forests, beaches and fields in Skarrev. The house consists of two parts that are connected (2016) Terrace between two houses are covered and equipped with a terrace heating (2016). In one part of the house there is a living room and kitchen with a large panoramic window so that you can enjoy the view. The other part houses the bedrooms and the bathroom (Renovirt 2015). The living room, kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2014. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. There are soccer goals and a 4.2 m trampoline on the large lawn. There are very good opportunities to ride a bike in the beautiful surroundings. Beach can be reached within a few minutes. In Aabenraa (10 km) there is a swimming pool with a water slide.
Lounge furniture on the large terrace, Apple TV, Chomecast, Ipad, rowing boat for 4 people (for a surcharge)

The view

The house looks very spacious from outside and has a huge terrace with a hot tub. The two buildings are connected and in one of the buildings you have a comfy kitchen and living room with an outstanding view. Great to relax and forget about the everyday life

Sehr angenehmer und fairer Gastgeber und tolle Unterkunft mit Mega Aussicht

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Johns feinem Sommerhaus. Die Schlafzimmer sind für 2-4 Personen ausreichend , aber für 6 Personen wird es schon eng. Der Wohnraum ist geräumig und es ist alles da was man braucht. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Esszimmer aus ist sensationell. Den hot tub konnten wir aufgrund fehlendem Holz nicht ausprobieren. Der Aussenbereich ist teilweise überdacht das ist genial. Wir kommen gerne wieder , es war toll !! Danke

Es hat uns sehr gefallen, man konnte von dort aus viel unternehmen. Und der Ausblick ist super schön um einfach mal nichts zu machen als die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Es war traumhaft schön das Ferienhaus nur zu empfehlen sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet die Aussicht werde ich vermissen das war eine Augenweide. Viel viel Ruhe dort und für Kinder genial. Ich kann es nur empfehlen auch meiner Familie hat es super gefallen

Tolles Haus und schöner Ausblick

Super tolles Haus mit überdachter Terasse und schöner Ausblick auf die Apenrader Förde. Großzügiger und gepflegter Garten. Das Highlight der mit Holz beheizbare Whirlpool! Ein Weber Kugelgrill lädt zum gemütlichen grillen auf der überdachten Terrasse ein. Die Lage ist super ruhig und die Nachbarn nett.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub mit Meerblick

Absolutes Highlight dieses schönen Ferienhauses ist der Blick auf‘s Meer sowohl aus dem riesigen Wohnzimmerfenster als auch von der großen Terrasse, die sehr klug konzipiert ist, auch mit einer geschützten Ecke für windigere Stunden, und aus dem Whirlpool. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und John immer ansprechbar für Tipps und Fragen aller Art. Schön auch die Möglichkeit das kleine Boot zu leihen und die Gegend vom Wasser aus zu erkunden. Empfehlenswert!
