Apartment itself is small but perfectly formed. Beautiful view, lovely area to sit outside, great coffee machine and kitchen supplies and the pool is amazing.
What was not great was realising after booking (as you had to 'view more' on the Expedia listing to see it, was that linen, towels etc were extra) Really think this info should be up top in the description.
Unfortunately what let it down was the agency managing the property which started my trip off on the wrong foot.
Keys had to be collected away from the property so I couldn't head straight to the apartment and the linen I requested and paid for was collected at the agency so I had to fit it into my suitcase. Would have been good to have been able to pay for it in advance so it was waiting at the apartment.
The complex itself is also huge. Why can't the agency provide a map and circle on the map where your apartment is. I spent ages trying to find it until I found someone I could ask. It was really unclear where the apartment was and this could have been easily solved by providing a map of the complex. It also wasn't explained to me that I was looking for a particular name of a set of buildings in the complex. I was looking for villa xxx (number) which was wrong but in description on the sheet they gave me. Also a lot of confusion about where to return the key outside office hours. I'd be given a code - I didn't get this till late and no idea where the box was so used the letterbox. Still waiting on deposit return
