The Carriage House on Atlantic Avenue is a lovely two story, single family home nestled beside beautiful century old holly trees. It is one block from the beach and boardwalk. The Carriage House is a classic design with contemporary features. There is a living room, kitchen, dining area and powder room on the first floor. The french doors in the living room open up to a covered porch for outside dining and relaxing. There are three bedrooms and 2 baths on the second floor with cathedral ceilings. The master suite features a queen bed, full bath private deck and fireplace. The second and 3rd bedrooms have 2 twin beds and share the second bath. The furniture is traditional with antique accents. The charm, privacy and setting of the Carriage House make it a lovely home for a family holiday.
