The sleeping area includes three bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a large landing. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200 that can be separated into 2 single beds), a second bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and a third bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 200.
You will enjoy a garden at the back of the house with a terrace for lunch and dinner.
A parking space is reserved to park your vehicle near the house.

The estate has a large swimming pool and a paddling pool for children (open from 15 May to 15 September), as well as 2 tennis courts, and table tennis tables.


The house is ideally located in a private residence, 1.7 km from the shops and market of La Couarde and 600 m from the Plage des Prises. Nearby, sailing schools, surf kit and paddle. You can easily reach the cycle paths to discover the island by bike.
