Lounge house with a hot tub, patio, pool table, bar, darts, records, piano, and TV!
A perfect place with plenty of space to relax and hang out with friends!!
Master bedroom with the king-size bed extra bedroom with a queen size bed. Sleeps 4 adults in beds. Plenty of room for others to sleep in the living rooms on your on blow up mattress.
Private yard: Regulation size horseshoe pit with wood burning firepit.
The XL Traeger smoker is available for use by request.

Our stay was really nice and the location of the house is close to everything you might need. With so many adventures to have during the day, we didn't stay in the house much, but everything was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our stay.

Absolutely love it! Perfect quite house with all the perks. One unknown laundry is shared but house is still very private.

Quiet neighborhood

Upon entering we found this property quite nice, spacious, colorful and pleasing to the eye. The unused car parked on the street out front and the ungroomed appearance to the front yard were not appealing but did interrupt our three night stay. We played pool daily and had family tournaments. Close to everything we needed. Thank you.

We loved our time at Rosalie's charming, family friendly home on the coast. We chose it because while it was within easy distance to activities we wanted to do - the beaches, Sequoia Park Zoo, Ferndale - it offered fun for our family while staying in. We played pool, sat by the fire pit and went in the hot tub. No one complained about being bored. The host had little thoughtful details like firewood and marshmallows to roast and full pellets in the Traeger. I found Rosie to be warm and responsive to questions, and it felt as if she really wanted us to have a good time, which we did. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Overall a great property. The home was very clean and the host made sure to stock any and all amenities a guest may need like extra towels, bedding, soaps, toiletries and other items. Host was also very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.House also had a lot of options for indoor activities that we really enjoyed. A great place to stay in Eureka.

First Vacation Rental

We are somewhat happy. There was a weird smell in the kitchen. We located pepperoni or some kind of food left in one of the drawers in the kitchen. Air mattresses pump didn't work otherwise it would deserve the highest rating. Also part the entry area was broken lately and that was scary.

Nice stay in Eureka

We stayed at this tastefully-decorated Eureka home in late June for 3 nights. Our stay was overall very positive and the entire home was clean, well-stocked with essentials, and had comfortable bedding. The main negative was that the carbon monoxide detector went off the second night around 3 am and we lost a few hours of sleep by the time we figured out what to do and stop the beeping. We just opened the windows. After a long day in the redwoods, that was something that we really didn't need. However, next day, the host assured us that there was no issue about carbon monoxide in that area and suggested to take the detector out, remove the batteries and keep it away. The house had features like a nice hot tub and fire pit in the backyard that we didn't get a chance to enjoy, so can't comment about them.

Great location to venture into the redwoods

Great place with many activities for the kids and adults to enjoy when not hiking. Nice quiet neighborhood and relatively close to the freeway north to the redwoods. Nothing is that close unless you stay up north or camp. Everything worked well at check in and there is a lot of room to hang out. Note there is an inlaw unit that was not occupied when we were there. It is disclosed so not a surprise but good to be aware when traveling with kids. The stores were a nice touch. Rosalie is very nice and helpful. Enjoy and look for Bigfoot.
