Un cadre agréable, mais un logement cher, sale et bruyant

Un logement cher, car à l'arrivée il a fallu payer plusieurs taxes ( dont une non mentionnée dans le contrat, pour les déchets) qui à elles seules représentaient un tiers du prix annoncé sur le site. D'autant plus qu'aucune prestation ( internet, machines à laver...) n'était comprise. Sale car la literie, les fauteuils, les ficelles des interrupteurs, un mur étaient constellés de tâches ou salissures. Bruyant car les murs n'étaient plus jointifs, donc nous entendions tout ce qui se passait à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur.
