Super tolles Haus.

Super tolles Haus. Die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich wir durften sogar früher ein und auschecken. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Der Garten ist top gepflegt. Nur die Lage ist nicht so schön aber da wir eh mit dem auto immer unterwegs sind war das ok. Das Haus ist zu empfehlen.

Wunderschönes klimatisiertes Ferienhaus mit sehr schönem Garten, Stellplatz für das Auto im Grundstück und einer kompletten Ausstattung. Das Bad ist etwas klein, aber man verbringt ja dort die wenigsten Zeit. Aufgrund der Lage benötigt man ein Auto oder öffentliche Verkehrsmittel um zum Strand oder in die schöne Altstadt mit Hafen von Split zu kommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, wie auch das große Einkaufscenter "Mall of Split" in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war per Smartphone-Kommunikation in Englisch problemlos und sehr nett. Hätte irgendwas gefehlt, war sie jederzeit erreichbar, jedoch Bestand dahingehend aufgrund unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit, kein Handlungsbedarf.

Wunderschönes klimatisiertes Ferienhaus mit sehr schönem Garten, Stellplatz für das Auto im Grundstück und einer kompletten Ausstattung. Das Bad ist etwas klein, aber man verbringt ja dort die wenigsten Zeit. Aufgrund der Lage benötigt man ein Auto oder öffentliche Verkehrsmittel um zum Strand oder in die schöne Altstadt mit Hafen von Split zu kommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, wie auch das große Einkaufscenter "Mall of Split" in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war per Smartphone-Kommunikation in Englisch problemlos und sehr nett. Hätte irgendwas gefehlt, war sie jederzeit erreichbar, jedoch Bestand dahingehend aufgrund unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit, kein Handlungsbedarf.

- Matratzen unrein und durchgelegen - Sofa uralt mit gefährlichen hervorstehenden Scharnieren, an welchen sich meine Frau verletzt hat - extremer Straßenlärm durch 2 naheliegende Schnellstraßen - Waschmaschine versifft, Keimherd - Vermieterin blockt jede Kritik ab - Wir haben abgebrochen, da weder Gesundheit noch Psyche einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgehalten hätten
