The entrance gives access to the living room which includes a kitchen/dining table area with a lounge area. The bedroom area with double bed is right next door and the bathroom with shower and WC. The studio also includes a pleasant little terrace.

The street is quite busy, however the studio is relatively quiet because it is located at the rear of the building.You will appreciate the proximity to all amenities: restaurants, bars, shops; but also theater, cinemas and gym! Transportation
You will be able to access the accommodation:

• By train : there are three stations in Liège (Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert), the best known is Guillemins (located 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus)
• By bus : the urban network is very goodprovided and the nearest stop is served by a large number of lines
• By car it is possible to park in the street or neighboring streets, or in neighboring car parks (Saint-Paul, Cathedral, Charles Magnette).

• For a stay of one month or more, the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent amount.
• For a stay of 6 months or more, the deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent.
• For a stay of one year or more, the deposit is set at 2 months' rent.

Long stay cleaning fees

For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .
