About this property

Superb Farmhouse: Tennis, Infinity Pool, Vineyard, Sleeps 10

Mas des Vignes Folles is a 200-year old stone mas (farmhouse), comprising two houses. THE OLD HOUSE which sleeps 4 and THE GARDEN HOUSE which sleeps 6. Both houses are built around a central, walled courtyard which is totally secure and which features a superb mulberry. There is also a soothing fountain and arched gateway to the terrace, garden and beautiful 12 x 6 metres infinity swimming pool. The houses are not rented out separately.

The property has its own vineyard and is surrounded by cherry orchards, lavender fields and yet more vineyards. It is situated in an area criss-crossed with walks and off-road cycle rides and is just 2.5 kilometers from the picturesque, hill-top village of Bonnieux, one of the prettiest Provencal villages in the Luberon.

The village has an excellent butcher, baker, range of restaurants, and interesting shops. Other unique beauty spots such as Gordes, Menerbes, Goult, Roussillon, and Fontaine de Vaucluse are near at hand. For antiques lovers, the unique town of Isle sur la Sorgue, just 30 minutes away, with its plethora of antique and bric a brac shops and the famous weekend markets, make it an unmissable spot.

As is standard practice, images on this website are subject to change from time to time.

Family and Friends time
It was wonderful to be back at Mas des Vignes Folles. A beautiful and comfortable property. We enjoyed sitting by the pool with our family and friends….. and making dinner together. The home is at the center of nearby villages, making it easy to visit. As always, Sally Ann beyond helpful! A ‘10’ Star review for Sally Ann!

Perfect Vacation in the Luberon
Renting and staying at the property was a breeze at every step. Alexis and Sally were communicative, professional and a joy in every respect. As well, our stay was truly wonderful. We loved our afternoon time by the pool while the kids battled for the French Open Championship on the lovely tennis court. After a sumptuous dinner prepared with ingredients from the local markets, we took our glasses to the pétanque court for an exciting and sporting conclusion to the day. Mas des Vignes Folles is even better than the pictures and descriptions. It could not be more picturesque. The surrounding area is equally stunning and the views from the bedrooms are unforgettable. It was a magical stay.

A heavenly hideaway perfectly located among the most beautiful hilltop villages of Provence
We have just returned from spending a idyllic Christmas holiday at Mas des Vignes Folles. We could not have chosen a more perfect setting for our family to celebrate the holidays together. The home - immaculate and beautifully appointed with understated elegance and unwavering attention to detail - seemed as though it was hugging us. Before our arrival we were needlessly concerned about being here “off-season”. In fact, we loved being at the local markets and exploring the towns as a local rather than amid the hordes of tourists “in season“ and then returning to our “home” to enjoy the warm sunshine in the courtyard and later gather around the beautiful, massive fireplace. Alison, the owner and Sally-Ann, the property manager, could not have been more accommodating to ensure that our family celebration was everything we wished for and more. Thank you to them for helping us create memories that will last a lifetime!
