## Space

Pretty 2 room apartment with a terrace and a balcony, which consists of a living/dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto the terrace, a bedroom with balcony, a shower room equipped with a washing machine -laundry. The apartment is spacious and bright.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator but there is a half level with a staircase before accessing the elevator.
There is no parking space.
The bedroom is made up of two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. By default and without clarification on your part, the apartment is prepared with two single beds. If you would like a double bed, please let us know.

Linen and bath towels are included in your reservation. Toiletries are also made available to each traveler (shampoo, shower gel, soap).
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. However, dishes must be cleaned and trash thrown away.

## Access

All spaces in this apartment are for travelers except a room which is reserved for storing the owners' personal belongings, we will ask tenants to take care of the premises upon each arrival.

All amenities, shops and boutiques for shopping are within walking distance, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.

The old town will immerse you in a resolutely Mediterranean atmosphere, between markets and lively alleys, squares and small squares where the Antibes can be found on the terraces of cafes and restaurants.

Antibes is also a city steeped in history. A former Greek port colony, you will have the opportunity to walk along the port quays and its famous billionaires' quay.
You will find in particular Fort Vauban and the Picasso museum staring at the big blue sea on the heights of old Antibes, a pretty cathedral....

A few km heading towards Nice, we find the Cagnes sur mer racecourse, Marina Baie des Anges, Marineland or the famous Siesta casino.

A few km towards Cannes, you will find Juan les Pins with the bars and restaurants that make it famous for its nightlife.

## Transit

To get to the apartment:
- You can take the train and stop at the Antibes SNCF station which is a 10-minute walk away.
- You can take the car and take the Antibes exit on the A8 motorway which is 20 minutes from the accommodation.
- If you are coming from the airport, the apartment is 20-30 minutes by car.
