The house, built in 2012, can accommodate up to 6 people and is located in a very quiet location in the Niederoybin district of Oybin. The lovingly furnished holiday home is equipped with a high quality fitted kitchen, a fireplace, satellite TV and a stereo with CD / DVD player.

On the approximately 850 sqm plot with a sun terrace and large lawn, you have the opportunity to relax in peace. From the sheltered veranda, which is equipped with a flat screen television, you can see the 582 m high mountain "Töpfer" and at the edge of the forest the historical "Zittau narrow-gauge railway" that drives several times a day. The bakery and other shops are within 500 m walking distance.

"Why are you staying here?" An Amazing, Friendly Location

This property is in Lower Saxony - near a (beautiful) town called Zittau. A relaxing, history filled week with day trips to Dresden, Bautzen, Gorlitz and very thought provoking day at Theresienstadt. This house is just across the borders from Poland (fill up your gas tank in Poland) and the Check Republic. The property manager (next door neighbor) went above and beyond to help us understand the town, the area and places to eat and visit. Often, in the local towns when our lack of German let us down - the shop keepers would ask "why are you staying here, or visiting here?" They were confused as to why an American family would visit when German's rarely know this gem exists. Our view - it is because it is full of history, Christmas Markets with some beautiful architecture. We selected this location prior to a week in Prague. We are so happy we did.

große Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht, insgesamt ruhig gelegen. Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank könnten etwas sauberer sein aber ich will hier nicht meckern. Für den Außenbereich wäre ein Sonnenschirm schon nicht schlecht oder wir haben ihn nur nicht gefunden. wir bedanken uns für die schöne Urlaubszeit.

Es ist ein tolles wunderschönes Haus. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/Check In verliefen problemlos. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt im Haus, alles was wir brauchten war ausreichend vorhanden. Auch die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein. Ein Supermarkt ist auch nicht weit weg. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Gute Lage und toller Ausgangspunkt....

Gute Lage und toller Ausgangspunkt um die umliegende Gegend zu erkunden. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend ohne viel Lärm und Durchgangsverkehr. Man kann draußen grillen und die Veranda auch bei Regenwetter nutzen. Der Kamin sorgte bei uns für warme und gemütliche Athmosphäre. Es gibt auch eine kleine Spielesammlung und Bücher. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Hier und da hätte es eventuell etwas sauberer sein können, was aber wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten waren. Zusammenfassend können wir aber sagen das es uns sehr gut gefallen hat und wir das Ferienhaus mit Sicherheit weiter empfehlen würden.

Schöne Urlaubstage

Wir wollten gemeinsam mit unseren drei Enkeln einpaar schöne Urlaubstage verbringen. Dabei wollten wir wandern und baden. Beides ist uns in dieser Umgebung sehr gut gelungen. Die Unterkunft war fabelhaft und auch die Umgebung ist traumhaft.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist ideal für Familien, auch mit Teenies. Es ist komplett ausgestattet. Geschirr etc. für alle ausreichend vorhanden. Toll ist der Vorbau, sodass man auch bei schlechteren Wetter "draußen " sitzen kann. Eine Bushaltestelle ist quasi vor der Haustür, man kommt sehr gut ohne Auto aus. Die Gegend ist ideal zum Wandern, und es gibt auch tolle Bademöglichkeiten. Alles in allem TOP! Einzig, aber nur aufgrund des sehr sonnigen Wetters, wären ein oder zwei Gartenliegen noch toll gewesen! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist prima! Es wird sich sofort gekümmert, wenn was ist!

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Wir hatten eine super Woche hier und der Ort war der perfekte Startpunkt für eine Vielzahl unserer Wanderungen. Das Haus selbst war sauber, gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
