This home is freshly painted with new flooring and furnishings throughout. The very spacious kitchen/family room features new stainless steel appliances, beautifully updated cabinetry, pantry, breakfast bar with four bar stools, plus a comfortable living room with plenty of natural light.

POPULAR FEATURES include a charcoal and gas grill and two picnic tables for cookouts, picnics, and more outdoor vacation fun. Sit back and enjoy downtime in the conversation areas, or relax and soak up some sunshine on the sundeck at your 9' x 26' private backyard un-heated pool.

There is a "Dust Free Active Total Home Air Purification System" installed on both top and bottom floors. The Dust Free Active kills all Sars-Covid in the home and all other pathogens as well. You now have the cleanest air a person can breathe. That's worth a premium in today's world.

SERENDIPITY has 5 bedrooms and 4 ½ baths. Almost every bedroom features a full bathroom and accesses one of two separate balconies! DOWNSTAIRS hosts the master bedroom, a full bath, half bath, and balcony. Upstairs, there is a covered porch with a view of the ocean and the other four bedrooms.

SERENDIPITY easily sleeps up to 10 and has: BR1-1 King; BR2-1 Queen; BR3-1 Queen; BR4-1 Full and BR5-2 Twins. It is a non-smoking vacation accommodation with parking for five vehicles.

Great Place!!

The house is gorgeous!!!! Enough room where everyone wasn't on top of each other!! Right near the beach!! Our family had an amazing time!!! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!!!

We could not go due to a hurricane - no refund or reschedule efforts were made.

We had planned to have my bachelorette weekend in Myrtle beach; however, hurricane Ian had different plans. I reached out to VRBO and the property management company multiple times, but there was no effort to give us any sort of discount or reschedule us. The property management company even closed their office that Friday.. but still wanted us to come to MB? I understand that I signed a contract and that they did not have to provide us with a refund, but customer service goes a long ways and we go to Myrtle beach frequently. We did not get to stay at the property; therefore, do not know how clean or well kept it is.
