About this property

Open your balcony door to breathtaking gulf views of Emerald Coast's most beautiful beach. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located off Scenic Gulf Drive, directly across the street from the beach and a short distance from restaurants, a grocery store and an expansive outdoor outlet mall. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and utensils needed for meal prep, a comfortable king bed in the master, two comfortable double beds in second bedroom and a newly purchased queen size sofa sleeper in living room. The master bathroom has recently been renovated to offer a spacious walk in shower. We offer our guests four complimentary backpack beach chairs, an umbrella, a cart to tote belongings,?beach toys and beach towels. The Majestic Sun has an outdoor swimming pool, two outdoor hot tubs a seasonally heated indoor pool and a fitness center. You also have access to Seascape resorts 18 hole golf course and tennis courts. Look no further- you have found your perfect vacation spot.

Amazing condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at sea scape! The condo was clean and stocked with what we needed. There were a lot of beach chairs, a beach cart and even beach towels for us to use. That was amazing since we were making a 15 hour drive down. The beds were so comfortable my two young kids even commented on how well they slept. The owner was wonderful and was so quick to respond to my questions leading up to our stay. We were close to restaurants and shopping and a quick walk across the road to the beach! We would 100% stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Great location and beautiful sunsets

Condo was very clean and was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The view and sunsets were wonderful. Debbie was a wonderful host. If we had a question, she answered us right away. Will definitely stay there again.

My husband and I reside in Kansas City. We have two sets of twin sons and we are all huge KC Chiefs fan. Roman works as a business owner/optician and currently owns 3 eyeglass stores and as well as a clothing store. Debbie works as an administrative assistant in a preschool.

Why they chose this property

We chose this to purchase this beautiful condo in Miramar Beach for a few reasons. It is difficult to find things all 6 family members can agree on but we all agree we love the beach, the warm weather, and hanging out at the pool. This property offers all of that and more. We are happy to share our gorgeous beach vacation home with you!

What makes this property unique

We love that the Majestic Sun offers both a beautiful outdoor pool and hot tubs as well as a heated indoor pool for cooler months. The location is perfect as it is a short drive to and from the airport, walking distance to many restaurants and shopping places, has a nearby grocery store, and all the conveniences and luxuries of the beach are directly across the street.
