Majestic Sun 714B | Gulf-View 3BR w/ Beach Views + Indoor/Outdoor Pool

Newly Renovated at the end of 2023!!! This condo has undergone a complete remodel with new granite in the kitchen & bathrooms, the kitchen has all Stainless Steel appliances. The bathrooms have updated lighting fixtures and mirrors. The living room has new furniture. It is a wonderful 1502 Sq ft condo on the 7th floor (714) in the B building with beach views from the master bedroom and living room along with window views in the kitchen and dining room. Everyone gets their own bathroom with this 3 Bed 3 Bath arrangement. The 7th floor view is perfect, high enough to get away from the ground noise but still close enough to get perfect views of the beach activity. Sunrises and sunsets are prime from this location at the CORNER of the building.

This condo has it all including Free WiFi. Plenty of space, comfortable sleeping arrangements, full kitchen and a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoy the indoor/outdoor pools, jacuzzi tubs and fitness center. A very nice walking trail passes right through the Majestic Sun property so you can enjoy some outdoor walking or running when you get tired of the treadmill.

There is a king size bed in the first master bedroom which opens to the balcony, another king size bed in the second master bedroom facing the lake and golf course. The guest bedroom has one queen and one twin bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests.

Activities in the area are plentiful including SCUBA diving and fishing. Destin has some of the best saltwater fishing in the country and a large charter fishing fleet.

Located 1.3 miles from the famous Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

Weekly rentals only, Spring Break and Summer.

A great family vacay!

Great family vacation! Plenty of space for 8 of us! Very clean condo! Love the view from the master bedroom of the beach! Plenty of towels and washcloths for all of us. The only complaint I wish there were more kitchen cooking utensils such as knives. Also cooking pans as we don’t like eating out due to the long wait and crowds!

It was 7 of us and the 4 day stay was nothing short of AMAZING! We were steps away from the beach. The Condo also had a souvenir shop and a cookie/ice cream shop on the first floor, which my children ENJOYED. The condo was absolutely GREAT. Front side gave us a lake view and the back side gave us the beautiful beach view. The balcony in the masters room was the bomb! We will def be booking AGAIN) Thanks for a great stay!! Y’all go book!

The indoor pool was closed for two days as they fixed the drain and the pavers , very dusty. It would’ve been good to know that this work was to be going on this week and weren’t able to use the indoor pool but overall was very nice. Luckily we had good weather to be out and on the beach. We love the property

Relaxing stay

Pros: My husband and I enjoyed Magestic Sun. This property had an ocean view master bedroom and living room. I LOVED waking up to the sound of the waves. This property is a great location. Great view. Con: I searched for a property that had ocean view hot tubs. The hot tubs are in front next to the ocean, but you can’t see the ocean because here are tall shrubs blocking the view. That was a disappointment. All in all, we were happy with this property.

The property was beautiful, very roomy and met our needs perfectly. The view of the beach was beautiful and relaxing! The condo was on the end, which we loved because we had nice views of sunsets in the evening! I can’t say enough good things about this awesome condo with the breathtaking views! It was the perfect vacation for our Family!!!

Would rent again!

The condo was clean, well maintained and plenty of space for our family to stretch and relax. We appreciated that this was an end unit and we had no issues with noise from the one neighbor. Beach access was convenient, and we liked the foot shower at the pool to rinse off. Miramar Beach was very quiet and family friendly. We saw lots of stingrays and pods of dolphins each morning during breakfast on the patio. Renting was easy and the realtor was very responsive and provided a recommendation on renting a pack n play for our daughter. Highly recommend the condo to friends and family and would come back! Overall the complex is well taken care of, but our only complaint is security team is too strict. This is a vacation community not a military base. As guests had to go through the gate anytime we wanted to leave or return and we always seemed to get a lecture or interrogated about our activities. We got a warning for our the yellow guest pass not being complete the first night and then reprimanded again at the gate that we completed the form in pen not sharpie! The community security personnel is not under the owners control and is just a minor complaint on our otherwise great stay.

Spring Break 2025

Beautiful property, looks just like pictures. Lovely view with patio furniture that makes enjoying the view easy. Right across the street from the beach, easy walk. The pools were very nice, a little cold but the indoor pool is heated which was very nice. The walk from the parking lot to the unit is a little bit of a hike. Don't take the first elevator at the pedestrian bridge, it won't go to where you need to be due to the gap between the buildings.

We were in town with a group of friends and rented two condos in the Majestic Sun Bldg B. It was a perfect location, view and interior. They had just remodeled unit and it was beautiful! Fully stocked and beautiful! Will definitely stay again.

Loved 714B

Had group of 4 adults and 4 children (4-15). Plenty of room for all, Large TV's in each bedroom as well as living room. Gift chop at Majestic Sun had plenty of items and reasonably priced. Beach area was busy but not overly crowded. Parasailing available 200 yards down the beach.
