About this property

156 Adam's Ale Drive is on an eight acre waterfront estate across the street from the golf course at Old Kinderhook (near the marina and outside the back gate of OK). This is a beautiful large five bedroom estate home with five bedrooms that accommodates up to 12 guests. There is a living and dining room on both levels and a full size kitchen and washers and dryers on both levels. The interior has been entirely removed and everything is new--appliances, furnishings, floorings, paint, fixtures--everything. The exterior is mostly done and will be finished summer 2021. The timber frame addition supports two very large decks overlooking the lake. The lower level deck steps down to a very large Bomanite patio with a new seven person hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen with grill, lounge seating and beautiful night lighting and landscaping. There is a boat dock and put-in ramp that could be available. Lake of the Ozarks Lodging, LLC offers the finest in vacation rental accommodations at Old Kinderhook and this estate home is the latest offering in our portfolio. It's a beautiful home and just becoming available in mid-July 2021.

Thanksgiving retreat

Enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay. Property exactly as described. The extra kitchen was a bonus for preparing a large meal. Really enjoyed the hot tub on the cool evenings. Owner was very responsive. Like alot of properties in that area it's a steep but manageable drive. My daughter had no problems with her subcompact front wheel drive. Also if you come with dogs bring a comb for burrs. It's a lake in the south so they're abdundant. The highlight of this house is straight forward checkout. We loaded the dishwasher, towels in the bathroom hampers and pushed out. No chores! Thanks Joe!

Beautiful, but under construction

The home was beautiful, but unfortunately the outside space was an ongoing construction zone which was not reflected in the listing.

Great Stay!

Was very impressed with the home and outdoor living areas. Will be a phenomenal property when all of the other amenities are completed such as the restaurant, pool, etc. We enjoyed being on the south end of the lake which reduced boat traffic. 15 minute ride to marina to rent watercraft and a refueling station on the water just around the corner from the home. Joe was very easy to work with and we would stay here again.
