Free resort amenities include: 2 Pools, 2 Pickleball Courts and Sand Volleyball during summer. Resort amenities with a fee include: Restaurant, Club House, Pro Golf Course, Spa and Ice Skating during winter.
24hr outdoor security cameras at all entrances/exits, garage, driveway and locked storage room.

The property was lovely. We had 13 people that actually stayed at the house, and it was very spacious. We fixed our own meals, and the kitchen was roomy and had everything we needed. We had great communication our host. The code to the door did not work when we arrived, and it was unlocked remotely for us and a new code given to use. We would love to stay here again sometime.

Family Vacation

This house was a 10/10 experience. Not only was the property beautiful and well kept, it was within close proximity to all the activities. Perfect for large family gatherings/reunions. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in the Ozarks with a large group/family.

Fantastic for Masters Getaway

Myself and 11 other guys stayed at the house and couldn't have been happier with it. The place was enormous and fit all of us easily. Also couldn't beat the location being right off the 11th tee at Kinderhook. We also had a great time in the game/bar area. Nikki was great and we would absolutely stay again.

Family Wedding

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and wanted to have our family stay together. This house was absolutely amazing. The decor is beautiful and the downstairs game area was a family favorite. We had plenty of room and we were impressed with how well stocked the house was. We would definitely stay again and will recommend it to friends
