The home has been newly updated and sits on 180 feet of waterfront in a beautiful deep cove. Our large flat parking areas will accommodate plenty of parking and/or outdoor activities. Relax on the wrap-around screened porch or spend time, just 7 steps away, on our private entertainment-friendly dock which offers 11 x 26 covered slip, two PWC lifts, large 18' x 30' covered recreation area with outdoor kitchen, flatscreen TV (during season Jun-Sep) and a spacious 8' x 10' swim/sun dock.

Perfect for swimming, fishing or just relaxing. Living room has plenty of lounging area. Kitchen is fully equipped, kitchen table seats 6+. You may want to dine on the dock with a table setting for 6 with additional seating at the bar plus additional outdoor furniture. There is also additional seating/dining area on the porch. The porch also features a full sized refrigerator. Dock has gas grill and mini refrigerator, another charcoal grill is located on side of house. Located less than 10 minutes to town and close to attractions. Many waterfront restaurants within a few miles by land or water.

Great place for family vaca!

It was the perfect place for our family. The dock was awesome with the TV ,frig, table, loungers. The guys loved the fishing and having the kayaks. The house was great and equipped with everything we needed. Would definitively stay here again.

Beautiful house on a beautiful lake. We rented a Tritoon boat for 3 days - what a great experience! Next year we will get the boat for the whole week. Everything is accessible by boat. This vacation is one we won’t forget!

Our family loves this house. Perfectly comfortable for a family of 10 it’s not over crowded. Of course our favorite spot is the dock. Adults fishing one side kids are swimming in the other. Kids love the fact they have a tv on the dock. Most definitely be back for a 3rd time.

Everything I hoped for and MORE!

A friend recommended our family stay here. It was everything I had hoped for and more - beautiful views, fully stocked kitchen ready for wonderful family meals, large bedrooms and bathrooms, absolutely wonderful screened in porch waterside that was perfect to relax with my morning coffee, just a couple steps to the water, nice roads and ample parking! The location was perfect for fishing, boating and dining at local restaurants. We definitely plan on coming back again.

Great Docks, Porches and Pride of Ownership

We (28 adults) rented the three houses, which are a short walk from each other. They were clean, well kept, well stocked and the AC worked great. Kim and Alex were terrific and responsive. We loved the docks, screened in porches, security of the gated community and quietness of the cove. We had a great time and would highly recommend any of these rentals.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We rented the lake house for our family vacation and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The home was perfect. The 5 bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The 3 bathrooms, and large number of towels, made life much easier for the 10 of us. We spent most of our time on the dock sunning, playing games, grilling and just hanging out. We also enjoyed boating to the areas restaurants. What a treat! We all highly recommend this property.

Perfect for families

We spent five days at this property during the COVID-19 outbreak. We had four adults and five kids who absolutely loved our stay. The dock is excellent for hanging out during the day and the kids were never bored. It was also amazing to be able to have a boat delivered and avoid the trip to the marina. Would definitely recommend anyone considering this as a summer vacation option! Kim was efficient and responsive and incredibly understanding regarding children traveling. Can’t recommend her enough!
