Ozark Retreat in Gravois Mills, Sleeps 12, Private Dock

The Oasis you have been looking for, located off the Gravois Arm in Mill Creek Cove. The 2100 sq. foot spacious home was built in 2012 with large windows throughout and outstanding views of the lake. This home offers 5 bedrooms. The main floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, full size bathroom, living room with smart tv cable and Wifi , dining room, and main kitchen with open floor concept. From the living room there is access to large upper deck. Above the main floor there is a loft bedroom that has a trundle bed with twin size mattresses. This room has a log ship ladder for access.
The kitchen has all the amenities, dishes, cookware, electric mixer, mixing bowls, blender, coffee maker, small and large utensils. The lower level has a living room, dining room, half kitchen. there is a bedroom with full size bed. There is a full size mattress that sleeps two people in the living room as well. Full size bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer. The lower level walks out to two concrete covered patios with tables and lots of seating. Outdoor area also has a large charcoal grill, a Blackstone gas grill and a fire pit area. Parking available for up to four vehicles on the driveway and one on the side of the garage. No room for boat trailers.
The dock has a 12x30 boat slip for your convenience. There is great fishing right off the dock with a fish cleaning station. The fish cleaning station has fresh water on one side and lake water on the other. The dock has a wet bar with tables and chairs. The swim platform has loungers, water slide, diving board, and a high dive. There is 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a lily pad, and a paddleboat included for your fun.
The cove is one of the calmest places on the lake for family fun. Very wide spacious cove to go skiing, tubing, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, or just a nice relaxing swim with your favorite beverage. The cove is centrally located by boat to several hot spots on the lake (Lake Burger, Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, and Horny Toad). Town is ten minutes away with grocery stores, Indian Rock golf course, restaurants, and a movie theater.
PLEASE NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME! THANK YOU.
No Bachelor or Bachelorette parties.
Trash removal has to be done by the renter. There is a trash can up on the road on the side of the garage. ( PICK UP IS ON TUESDAYS)
There are four outdoor cameras.

We rented the home for a quick work trip. It came stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals on site as well as a wet bar and access to the lake. It’s central to the must haves in the area. The host was quick to communicate and the home was well taken care of and clean. We would definitely stay again!

Great Lake House

My family of 12 really enjoyed are stay at this lake house! This is our second year and we highly recommend this property. We especially enjoyed the dock – it was perfect for swimming and the kayaks and paddleboards were fun. The cove was also perfect for skiing and tubing.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! This is our third year staying at this property and we have never been disappointed. Our family of adults and kids especially enjoyed the dock and access to the nice cove. The house has several areas that are great for gathering and playing games. Amazing lake house on quiet cove

Our teens loved the separate living spaces for hanging out. We also appreciated that there were 2 fridges. Swimming off the dock was the real highlight. We rented a boat one day, but honestly swimming off the dock was just as fun. The high dive was a hit, and we all enjoyed floating in the water. The kayaks and paddle boards also got a lot of use.

Great family vacation

We had a great family vacation at this home. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Loved the large table we could all eat together and play games. Kitchen was large enough for several of us to get meals ready and had everything we needed. Loved the 2 refrigerators! Quiet cove with a spacious lovely home

This VRBO is a lovely home with nice appointments. Layout worked well for seven adults with three children using 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Lovely sunrise, and relatively quiet section of the Lake of the Ozarks. Renters should be aware that the drive in is a one lane road with steep sections, and the driveway into the property is also steep and using all wheel drive is more comfortable for most.

What a great week at the lake!

What a great week at the Lake! This property had everything our family (me, 4 kids, 4 grandkids) could want. Plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped, the furniture comfy, and the dock was great. We used it all. The kayaks, the paddle boards and the paddle boat. Fished off the dock and caught some pretty health catfish. Grocery and restaurants are very close. Oh, one morning on the dock after kayaking, a Bald Eagle flew by. At eye level, 10 feet away.

Great Labor Day Getaway

Three families with kids ranging 8-14 years old. This was a great place to stay. The kids were entertained for hours and we didn’t need to rent a boat or leave! Paddle board, paddle boat, kayak, high dive, diving board, slide, lily pad, fishing off the dock! Plenty of fridge and pantry space, great places to sit and relax. We are already planning for next year!

Stunning property

Wowza, this property is absolutely our favorite on the lake. The property exceeded all our expectations. The home has the most breathtaking views from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The outdoor space has everything you need to enjoy the lake with family and kids. We spent hours each day and evening just relaxing and soaking up the sun after a few hours of boating. The owners have 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, low dive, high dive and fun slide right on the dock. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. We are already planning our next stay at this property. Thank you for sharing your astonishing lake home with my family of 4 adults and 4 children. We had an extraordinary family trip with lots of new priceless memories.

Beautiful lakeside home and excellent location on the lake.

We had 3 families with teens stay at this home and there was plenty of room for all 12 of us. Having a separate lower level living area worked out great for the kids to hang out along with the upper level loft for some privacy. The home feels new and all furniture and amenities were in excellent working and clean condition. We spent a lot of time on the private dock and in the water, this is one of the greatest features to have at this lake and we all enjoyed it immensely. You can't beat the location of this place, its towards the end of one of the best coves on the lake which makes it more peaceful with less wake to beat up the dock. There is plenty of open water to tube or ski out in front of the dock but we noticed many boats come to this area and drop anchor and just hang out in the water with the family for the afternoon. We had a great 4 night stay, you can't go wrong here!

Family Trip

This listing is just as pictured and described. The patio was a hit for breakfast in the mornings. The dock has everything a family needs to enjoy their time at the lake. We would definitely look at renting this place in the future again! **The following suggestion is at no fault of the owners and is due to being at the lake next to the water** but we would suggest bringing Yard Fog or bug spray if you want to sit on the patio or dock at night.

Our family has enjoyed the Lake of the Ozarks for 40 years. We use to travel a lot for family outings and at the end of one particular year we asked our children what their favorite vacation was and they said "at the lake". This is how our dream came to life. We bought this home and totally renovated it from the ground up, including the dock working on it rigorously with family and friends. This is not just a house....we put our heart and soul into this retreat. We want others to enjoy it the way we do.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because of the amazing people that greeted us with open arms and helped us throughout the entire renovation project. They treated us like family from day one. Not to mention the sunrise at the back of the home and the sunset in the evening off the dock is breathtaking. The peacefulness of the cove is unlike any other place on the lake.

What makes this property unique

Lots of seating and outdoor patio space (two-tier back patio, upper deck, back patio, water level entry to the dock area.
