PEACEFUL HOME-4 BEDROOMS w/ 3 KING BEDS, 3 BATHROOM, EASY PARKING & A BOAT SLIP!
Take the Trip!! Life is short, come see what everyone loves about the Lake of the Ozarks in this beautiful home! We have 4 spacious bedrooms- 3 with king beds and one with 2 queen size beds, and 3 full baths- 2 with showers and 1 tub/shower combo. Our house also offers 2 living room spaces each with a queen size sofa sleeper. We have parking for up to 5 vehicles or 4 vehicles and a trailer. Enjoy the beautiful lake view from all over the house inside and out. Each room has a Roku Smart TV with guest log in so you can safely access your own personal apps or access the free content from Roku. This house sits in a beautiful, flat neighborhood great for morning or evening walks. The neighborhood is a quiet peaceful place, we require that you keep it that way! Our house is offered for the quiet family type vacation. This is the more relaxed part of the lake, in a quiet neighborhood for people looking to peacefully enjoy some tranquil time at the lake. You will often see our neighbors out walking the neighborhood or riding bikes enjoying the tranquility! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A TRIP OF LATE NIGHT PARTYING AT THE LAKE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!
Upper Level- all 4 bedrooms are on the upper/street level with 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms are spacious to accommodate all your luggage. Two of the rooms face the lake to wake up with that beautiful view. We have plenty of pillows in all varieties to accommodate every sleeper. There is also a living room area with tv and a small desk for those unfortunate enough to have to log in some work time while you’re here. From the living room you can access the deck where you can enjoy the sunrise with coffee and sunsets with a cocktail overlooking beautiful lake views. For the 2023 season we have extended the deck and added stairs down to the patio below. The deck can also be accessed from one of the bedrooms. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo for those wanting to soak in a tub or bathe the kids. The other has a single shower. Bath towels and make-up towels are provided.
Lake Level- the lake level has another spacious living area with tv and game space including a poker table, dart board, and foosball table. Our dining area features a big farm table to seat 10 people with 4 extra bar seats so everyone can enjoy meals together. The kitchen is stocked with a variety of pots and pans, utensils, place setting for 14, spices, combination Keurig and traditional coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, and microwave. There is also a large refrigerator and a dishwasher. Guests will have access to a full size washer and dryer. The 3rd bathroom is on the lake level and has a beautifully remodeled shower! There is a walkout sliding glass door onto a concrete patio with a porch swing perfect for taking in the stunning views.
Outdoor Spaces- the outdoor patio features several chairs, propane gas grill, outdoor dining table with chairs, two person glider and the porch swing. The dock is a few steps away without the long steep climb of many places. We got a new dock in October 2023 with a 12' roof clearance and an open slip for your boat measuring 10'x24'. Our dock features a swim platform and wet steps to get back out of the lake easily. Although we love the newly remodeled indoor spaces, the outdoors is where you really want to be when you are at the Lake!
Parking- If you are familiar with the Lake of the Ozarks you know that parking is a hot commodity! Our home has paved roads all the way to the door, including a paved driveway with a gravel side parking pad. We can accommodate up to 5 vehicles or 4 vehicles and a boat trailer.
THE LAKE!- Of course the best part is the lake! This house is near the 4 mm of the Big Niangua Arm. The boat traffic is a little less here than the main channel of the lake, great for pulling tubes, skiers or wakeboards. It is still any easy boat trip to many popular waterfront bars/restaurants including The Cave, Nautifish, Capt Ron's, Fish and Co., Landshark and Paradise. The views are spectacular! There are some boat ramps nearby if you are bringing your own boat. There are also many places at the lake to rent boats and personal watercraft. There is easy access to some great restaurants and activities by boat or land. For everyone's safety and enjoyment, guests need to provide their own safety vests and/or flotation devices.
We are not welcoming to party trips to the lake so you must be 30 or older to rent our home. This is a really great neighborhood with great people! We will require that you be respectful to them, we will enforce our 10 pm quiet hours and require that you move all activities indoors by 11pm. Please take care of this quiet, wonderful lake area and enjoy it. There is no smoking allowed in the house. We do not allow pets. The house will be stocked with starter supply of laundry and dishwasher pods, a starter supply of Keurig K cups, a traditional coffee maker and 2-3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, if you will need more than these starter supplies you will need to bring them with you. Upon check out you will be required to load the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher, collect all your trash and take it out to the dumpster on the street side of the house as well as place all towels on the shower floor in the lake level bathroom. We request that you leave all bedding on the beds so that the cleaners can inspect and strip them prior to washing.
While we would very much like for you to enjoy your trip here, we can't stress enough that we require that you treat our neighbors with respect and observe quiet hours after 10pm and move all activities indoors by 11pm. If you are wanting a place to be up late partying, this is just not the place for you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this!

THERE ARE ALSO FIVE AUDIO & VIDEO RECORDING CAMERAS OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. ONE AT THE STREET SIDE DOOR COVERING THE STREET SIDE YARD AND STREET SIDE ENTRANCE, A SECOND AT THE LAKE LEVEL COVERING THE PATIO, LAKE LEVEL YARD AND LAKE LEVEL ENTRANCE, A THIRD ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF HOUSE COVERING THE DECK AND LAKE YARD AREA, A FOURTH MOUNTED ON A TREE ON THE WAY TO THE DOCK COVERING THE DOCK AND LAKE WALL AREA AND THE FINAL CAMERA IS ON THE ROADSIDE AT THE GUEST STORAGE ROOM. TAMPERING WITH THE NOISE MONITORS, CAMERAS OR THE WIFI NETWORK WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND FOR YOUR REMAINING TIME.
We encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance. If something comes up on short notice effecting your trip, the trip insurance can help to cover your expenses incurred due to the cancellation. Please note that our cancellation policy does allow for a 100% refund if you cancel more than 30 days prior to check in, a 50% refund if you cancel from 14-30 days prior to check in and no refund for cancellations less than 14 days prior to check in.
Please be aware that we do store our boat in one of the slips and may potentially come to get it during your visit. If we do, we will send you a message thru the VRBO app to communicate that we will be at the property briefly to pick up and later drop off the boat.
