Charming 4-bedroom lakefront, family-friendly, and just steps from the water!
Your Sunrise Beach adventure begins with a beautiful 4-bedroom house, located right by Hurricane Deck bridge. By land or water, you are in the middle of all the action and adventure. With 3 queen beds, (two that are suites), 1 twin bunk bed over a full, you will rest easy in this amazing property with plenty of space for all guests. The kitchen and half bath are right off the large deck which makes it perfect for entertaining. Enjoy ONLY having a FEW STEPS to the dock where you can swim and enjoy the water with our lilly pad.
We partnered with a local tri-toon boat company that will bring the boat to our dock and pick it up when you're done, prices are better than most!

We are two minutes to Pirates Point for any boat or jet ski rental or Rough Water ramp where you can launch your boat.
This amazing home boasts a full kitchen, kitchen table, bar stools, and an open family room all on the lower level. Three of bedrooms are on the upper level with one master suite on the lower.
Enjoy all the big, beautiful windows to allow natural sunlight in!
Our house is a couple minute drive or boat ride to Captain Ron's a lake favorite and home to Aquapalooza. There are many others nearby; The Cave, Bear Bottoms, Bulldogs, Papa Chubby's, and Frank n Louise to name a few.
Nearest grocery store is (Woods Supermarket) a quick 4-minute drive.
This is a family neighborhood; please keep it down late-night hours. We are pretty strict about this rule. We want to respect our full-time neighbors.
House is stocked with bath towels, bedding, full kitchen to cook or grill outside.
We look forward to welcoming you to our cove of relaxation, adventure and a place to make memories together here at the Lake of the Ozarks!
