Perigord Noir House
I rent a very pretty little village house in St Geniès between Sarlat and Lascaux (perfect geographical position to radiate in Périgord Noir).
Saint-Geniès is a beautiful medieval village in the heart of the Périgord Noir, less than 10 minutes from Sarlat and 10 minutes from Lascaux. You arrive in a village house of about 100m², with a garden of 200m².
The house has just been totally restored and is therefore new! It is decorated and furnished with great care and charm, inside and outside. You will enjoy the exceptional situation of a house
🏡village by being able to walk to your market on the castle square or your daily groceries (bakery, butcher, grocery store, etc.) while having a green space for children, relax…
The house can accommodate up to 5 people + 1 baby (3 large bedroom with double bed).
The house is fully equipped (new kitchen + TV with Canal Sat) and bathroom with shower and bath.
