This charming 160 m² house in Vix can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 900 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, high chair, Umbrella bed.

- A 4m x 7m in-ground swimming pool, heated by an isothermal cover (available from September 1, 2025. It will be open from May 1 to September 30).
- A beautiful 900 m² fenced garden
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Vix, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Visits : Fontenay-le-Comte (15 minutes by car) is a city of art and history, with a remarkable wealth of architecture that has earned its historic center the status of a protected area.
Ile de Charrouin, 15 km away, is surrounded by two major canals: the Canal de Sablon and the Sèvre Niortaise on its eastern, western and southern edges, which separate the Charente-Maritime and Vendée departments. The island represents the last trace of "traditional" wet marshes at Vix (canals, ditches, woods and flood meadows, as well as a wealth of flora and fauna).
