Ideal place for a wonderful holiday for 1 to 2 families with children, nestled in the heart of the Gers.
This pretty traditional Gascon house dating from 1871 with original features is set back from a small country lane but less than 4km from the small village of Aignan with amenities including a swimming lake with beach and zip line.
The house is surrounded by forest and has its own wooded park and meadow, heated swimming pool, private tennis court and fitness room.
The space
The house has a total area of about 235 m2 distributed over 2 floors.

On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with entrance from the garden, a dining room, a laundry room with dishwasher and washing machine and a single toilet.

The living room, also on the ground floor, is equipped with a TV and a sound system.

The large sunny veranda of 42 m2 with wonderful views of the pool and park offers the opportunity to relax and you may even be lucky enough to spot deer walking around on a calm morning.

There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them is equipped with a king size bed and a single bed. Two bedrooms have double beds and one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet and a dressing room. There is also a separate bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

Behind the house there is a patio with a table that offers the possibility to have breakfast in the morning and have a barbecue in the evening.

From the veranda you access the pool via a spacious wooden terrace with table and chairs.

There are sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool. There is also a solar shower.

The pool can be heated on request (extra charge of 200 euros per week). Heating is only available in May and September. Please contact us if you are interested.

Beyond the pool is a wild forest with a pond and a large oak tree with a swing for the children.
There is a large tennis court on site and a small gym with basic equipment.

There are no close neighbours, so the tranquility of the guests is fully ensured.

- Guests can use the entire house and garden, except for the garage and workshop.
Other things to pay attention to
The house has a fibre optic internet connection and WiFi. Netflix and Amazon Prime are available (own subscription required)

- Sheets, bath and pool towels are included.

- Final cleaning is included. However, when you leave, you will have to find the house in good condition, the sheets removed and your rubbish taken away.

- 1 small dog is allowed, but it must stay on the ground floor and is not allowed in the beds and sofas. The dog's feces must be cleaned and removed from the property grounds

- A travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request

- Parties with outside guests are not allowed and night streets are prohibited. Even when the neighbours are far away, the music is playing between the valleys, so please be respectful.

- All payments must be made via Vrbo. No cash payments are accepted.
