Hi there, Thank you for your review, but I have to be honest—we're disappointed with the 4-star rating, especially given the amount of time and effort we spent answering your questions before and during your stay. From coffee makers to restaurant recommendations, getting around, available programs on tv, and activities for older guests—we went out of our way to make sure you had all the information you needed. I also want to clarify a few things. Our check-in and checkout times are in place to ensure the condo is completely cleaned and ready for the next guests without delay. Quality work takes time, and we take that seriously. And frankly, the rating doesn't reflect the quality of the condo and its offerings, which you yourself described as very clean, spacious, and comfortable. As for location, the property is less than 0.2 miles from both downtown and the beach—a very short walk by any standard. Regarding the surrounding area, we're not sure what industrial elements you're referring to—the nearby buildings are pier-related, boat facilities, and tourist support elements that are part of the harbor experience. We're glad you enjoyed Tiscornia Beach and had a good experience overall, but we feel the rating was unfair given everything provided. Best, Mgt

I was glad to hear you found the unit comfortable and expressed your happiness throughout your month-long stay. I was, however, surprised and disheartened by your rating. For the past two years, this condo has consistently maintained a 5-star rating from all our guests, who often highlight its comfort and value. We take great care to ensure the listing is accurate, with a detailed description and over 10 photos that show the space exactly as it is, specifically to manage expectations. I am genuinely sorry if the building's environment did not meet your expectations. As you noted, the building is a multi-unit property with many co-owners, and the composition of other residents is something outside of my control as an individual host. Given that we had no communication of any dissatisfaction during your entire stay, this review feels very unfair. We would have welcomed the opportunity to address any concerns in real-time. We pride ourselves on providing a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented home for our guests, and we are confident it remains an excellent value for those seeking a well-appointed stay. In fact the condo is approved to host 9 guests but we like to have our guests enjoy the great quality and comfortable mattresses for 7 guests at this time.
