Located in the heart of Étel, in a quiet area, close to shops and the market, 450m from the marina, 900m from Étel beaches. Semi-detached 3-room house (approx. 70 m²) for 4 people. Functional and fully equipped, it has two private courtyards: one facing East, ideal for sunny breakfasts, and the other facing West to enjoy summer evenings. Perfect for discovering the Ria d’Étel and the surrounding coastline
- Direct access into the living room with dining area (table + chairs) and lounge area (sofa, TV) opening onto the first south-west facing courtyard (garden furniture, parasol)
