Come and enjoy your holidays in the south to discover our beautiful region and the town of St Cyprien!
The fine sandy beaches are less than 1 kilometer away, a small shopping center is at the end of the street with a beautiful view of the marina, and the botanical garden is right next door!
Not overlooked, this house is located in a residence with swimming pool.
Ideal in summer but also out of season: its half-shade, half-sun terrace will make you succumb to the Catalan charm!
In the rental, you will find 3 bedrooms (2 with 140 cm beds and 1 with 2 90 cm beds) as well as 2 bathrooms.
An enclosed garden with barbecue and plancha, bicycles and deck chairs to relax and enjoy.
A parking space is reserved for you
Access to the residence secured by a closed gate, parking space inside.
Our concierge L'Intendance will welcome you on site to give you the keys and will be present throughout your stay.
She will also offer you different services or extras that you might want during your vacation!
