This two-story waterfront cabin is located on Buck Island in Guntersville. Full-width windows facing the water provide endless views and natural light. Original hardwood floors and ceilings create the perfect lake-cabin charm.
The property is on a large corner lot with 300 feet of shoreline and year-round views of the lake and town. There is a large dock perfect for relaxing, swimming, or boat access. Use of covered boat slips with lifts available for extra fee. Ample parking for multiple truck-boat trailers. There is a public boat ramp less than 5 minutes away.
Guntersville has the quintessential small-town feel with main street shopping, unique local restaurants, and endless outdoor activities on and off the lake. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood perfect for taking an afternoon walk.
1 King and 1 queen bed upstairs. 1 Queen, two twins, and a pull-out sofa downstairs. One full bath on each floor. Sleeps 3 couples plus kids comfortably. Full kitchen upstairs and partial kitchen downstairs.
Easy to access location by road, air, or water. Located 4 minutes off of US 431. 7 minutes to downtown Guntersville. 30 minutes to Huntsville, 90 minutes to Birmingham or Chattanooga, 3 hours to Atlanta. Guntersville Municipal Airport (8A1) is 5 minutes away.
