## Logement
Located on the 3rd and top floor without noise and with elevator, the studio includes:
- a sleeping area with a double bed ;
- a shower room ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a cosy lounge area to relax in after a day out.

You'll particularly appreciate the superb view over the inner courtyard, with no direct neighbours, and the lovely light.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including wifi, shared swimming pool, TV, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, oven, fridge, fan, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

One of the studio's strong points is its location. It's in a quiet residential area, with very discreet neighbors and free parking spaces around the residence.
It's close to Cap d'Antibes, Juan les Pins and the Port d'Antibes, close to the sea, with opportunities for water sports and water activities, and in a town bustling with festivals and events.
For your daily needs, you'll find a "Casino" supermarket just 4 minutes away by car (19 minutes on foot).

During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites for which the town is famous:
- La Plage de la Gravette, accessible in 8 minutes by car.
- Port Vauban d'Antibes, a 9-minute drive away.
- Fort Carré, a 16-minute drive away, and much more.

## Emplacement
Antibes is a commune located in the Alpes-Maritimes on the French Riviera, Antibes. It is a city erected by the Greeks who knew how to keep its authenticity; in the old town, it is possible to discover the medieval ramparts, some Provençal markets as well as a flowery and traditional architecture. For the more sporty, you can take the path of Tire Poil at the southern end of the famous Cap d'Antibes where you can enjoy the sound of the sea against the rocks, the wind and the cry of the seagulls. It is a city full of charm that combines culture and the inescapable agitation of the South, you will find many restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as a beach overlooking the Baie des Anges.
