The apartment is on the first floor of an appealing building with elevator. Naturally cool and fresh thanks to the double exposure and very luminous, it has been recently renewed and is fully equipped. 2 rooms with window, living room with kitchen, toilet with shower and a patio.
All services are at your door and it’s enough to cross the street to breathe the marine air. Nice and calm area, ideal to appreciate the walks along the port and the sea and enjoy the sandy beaches and the various restaurants and bars.
Very comfortable position and car is not necessary. The house is 200mt away from the railway station where you can catch trains to the nearby towns of Cannes and Antibes as well as to all interesting places in the surroundings.

This holiday apartment in Golfe Juan is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with two children. Toys for kids and beach gear are available right in the apartment, making packing much easier and ensuring children have plenty to do. The location is ideal—right in the center, close to nice beaches, and you can easily walk to everything you need. The terrace is spacious and perfect for relaxing outdoors, while the kitchen comes fully equipped with all necessary appliances, making family meals simple and enjoyable. Contact with the host is excellent; communication is smooth, and the host is extremely helpful throughout the stay. Super séjour en famille dans cet appartement très proche de la mer!

Endroit très strategique pour visiter le coin:cannes,Nice,Monaco,antibes..... Accessible en train très facilement avec gare à pied à moins de 5 min! Le plus:excursions en bateau avec depart à 3 min à pied de l'appartement ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons cette location!

L’appartement est bien situé, proche de la gare donc très pratique et conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et les échanges par téléphone nous ont permis d’appréhender notre séjour en toute confiance. Seul petit hic les volets qui laisse passer beaucoup de jours donc il fais vite chaud et des fourmis dans la cuisine … Merci

Es war einfach toll!! Meine Töchter waren zuerst wegen des fehlenden Internets ein wenig betrübt - ich hatte es einfach nicht gelesen, dass es keines gibt - und würden jetzt sofort wiederkommen!! Perfekte Lage, ganz süße Wohnung mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, sehr sauber und eine ganz bezaubernde Halima, die die Schlüsselübergabe managed und ggf für Probleme erreichbar ist.... Vielen Dank!!

L'appartement est parfait pour un couple ou une petite famille pour visiter la Côte d'Azur. Il est proche de la gare, du supermarché, des restaurants et de la plage. L'appartement est bien équipé et très propre. Je donnerais 6* si je peux.

Dans un secteur idéal entre saint tropez et Monaco, petit appartement de 3 pièces bien agencer. Cartier un peu brillant le matin ( livraison des restaurants) mais calme dans l'ensemble. Je recommande pour une visite large de la côte d'Azur

Beau petit appart typique bien agencé et très bien situé : près des commerces, de la gare de Golfe Juan et surtout de la mer ..... idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes. Mais beaucoup trop bruyant car immeuble très mal isolé ... si besoin de repos, s'abstenir !
