Everything we wanted in our stay.

This is a phenomenal property. The hosts were very kind and helpful and the space was roomy, airy, and closer to the shore than expected. It was also very clean and beautifully decorated with an eclectic and artistic sense of style. We stayed 3 nights and were able to easily prepare most of our meals. The kitchen was well stocked with housewares of all types for meal prep. There is also a large grocery in walking distance. In the morning, it was easy to leave for a run along the beach. We were also close enough to walk back in the afternoon to swim and see the sunset. There is no air conditioning, but the evenings were cool and the space always seemed to have a cool breeze blowing through. On site parking was also a big plus. Parking can be a bit hard to find, and we only drove to Antibes one day for sightseeing. Everything else is easily walkable with maps provided. If we ever come back, I will gladly book again.

C'était le top

Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont présents, toujours à notre écoute, tout en restant discrets. L'emplacement est idéal aussi bien pour s'approvisionner que pour aller à la mer (10mn à pied grand max). La location est propre et joliment décoré.

"Auch in unserem zweiten ...

"Auch in unserem zweiten Urlaub in dieser Wohnung wurden deren Vorzüge wieder offenbar: Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, sodass man am Ort kein Auto benötigt. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet (inkl. neuer Lämpchen in der Wohnküche und neuem TV), farblich sehr schön gestaltet und sehr sauber. Man kann auf dem Balkon in ruhiger Lage frühstücken. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, unaufdringlich, aber sehr hilfsbereit. "

Schöner Aufenthalt bei sehr netten Vermietern

Sehr gute Kommunikation vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt. Sehr nette Begrüßung durch Vermieter mit guten Erklärungen zu Antibes. Saubere Wohnungen mit allem was man an Ausstattung benötigt. Bus in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zug in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Strand in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alter Stadtkern in 20Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplatz im Innenhof (abschließbar). Schöner Balkon. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

L'appartamento è arredato con gusto, pulito, silenzioso, collocato in una posizione comoda (5 minuti a piedi dal mare, 5 minuti in auto dal centro di Antibes). I proprietari sono stati molto gentili, discreti e disponibili. Da ritornarci!

UN PUR BONHEUR

Nous louons depuis 20 ans et Michelle et Bertrand sont les propriétaires les plus adorables que nous ayons rencontré !! Non seulement la location était très bien ( lumineuse calme proche de tout à pied et très confortable) mais l attention portée aux locataires est parfaite . Discrets souriants toujours prêts à donner de bons conseils de visite nous avons passé 2 semaines parfaites et n'avons qu'une envie : REVENIR AU PLUS VITE

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir können uns nur dem vorherigem Lob anschließen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Es war schon für ein komplettes Frühstück eingekauft. Michelle ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, gibt viele Tipps für Unternehmungen. Ihr Mann hat uns mit dem Auto zum Cap d`Antibes gebracht, damit wir von dort aus wandern konnten. Am Abreisetag hat er uns auch völlig selbstverständlich zum Bahnhof gebracht. Fluglärm war selten und hat uns nicht gestört.

Un séjour agréable et reposant

L'accueil est très agréable, on profite de tous les bons conseils et de gentilles attentions, l'aménagement et l'équipement sont complets pour passer un séjour reposant en toute autonomie. La situation est idéale, au calme, tout en permettant de rejoindre facilement la mer à pied, et de faire ses courses à 1 min de voiture! Voiture dont on peut se passer une fois sur place, les TC à proximité permettent de relier Cannes ou Nice sans problème, et il y a déjà beaucoup de choses à découvrir sur place!

Escale méditerranéenne

Appartement très lumineux aux couleurs des rivages de la Méditerranée. Magnifique jardin fleuri qu'on peu apprécier de la grande baie vitrée. Chambres spacieuses et lits confortables. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé et correspond au descriptif et photos. Très pratique avec sa place de parking et la proximité de la plage et des commerces et restaurants (moins de 10 mn.) qui permet de laisser la voiture; pour les plus grosses courses un supermarché est à 2mn en voiture. Très bon point de départ central pour visiter la côte et l'arrière pays. Accueil très chaleureux et petites attentions qui font plaisir à l'arrivée et au départ. Très belles promenades dans le vieil Antibes et en bord de mer.

Très bel appartement, bien placé, une adresse à retenir absolument!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à cinq dans cet appartement très fonctionnel, propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût (ambiance maritime aux couleurs bleu Matisse). L'emplacement est idéal, tout proche du front de mer de Juan les Pins, à dix minutes à pied d'un grand supermarché et à quelques encablures d'une boulangerie. La place de stationnement réservée est un plus à relever. L'appartement est très bien équipé, l'ensemble était conforme à la description. Mais surtout, nos hôtes ont été aux petits soins, dès notre arrivée (petite surprise de bienvenue dans le frigo, conseils sur les restaurants alentour et les promenades à faire dans le voisinage) et tout au long des six jours que nous avons passé dans l'appartement. En somme, il s'agit bien là d'une adresse que nous retenons parmi les meilleures des nombreuses vacances que nous avons passées depuis cinq ans en chambre d'hôte ou en gîte.

Tolle Ferienwohnung und super-nette Gastgeber!

Wir haben mit fünf Personen zehn Tage an der Côte d'Azur und in der Ferienwohnung von Michelle verbracht und die Zeit dort wirklich sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, in knapp zehn Minuten ist man am Sandstrand von Juan-les-Pins. Die Einrichtung beinhaltet alles, was man zum Kochen, Schlafen und Leben braucht. Von Michelle und Bertrand wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen, die beiden haben uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und waren jederzeit für uns da. Absolut empfehlenswerte Location!

Perfetta per le nostre esigenze

Siamo una famiglia con due bambini, abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni a Juan Les Pins e Antibes e abbiamo goduto di questa sistemazione molto luminosa, silenziosa e dagli spazi adatti a un appartamento marittimo. Si tratta di un appartamento con cucina-soggiorno in veranda, altro balcone dove è possibile anche apparecchiare, bagno non finestrato e due camere. Nell'appartamento c'è tutto quello che serve, compreso wifi e parcheggio interno. Presente lavastoviglie ma non lavatrice (per soggiorni lunghi potrebbe rappresentare un piccolo inconveniente). Proprietari molto gentili e riservati. La proprietaria ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino in fresco e una marmellata di arance amare fatta da lei come benvenuto. Tutto molto piacevole. Assolutamente consigliato.

Inoubliable !!!

Appartement très lumineux et agréable, de grandes chambres, calme et propre. Il nous a paru plus grand que sur les photos. Pour une fois nous tombons sur une location où rien ne manque (seau à champagne jamais trouvé ailleurs !) . Un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont restés discrets pendant notre séjour. Nous avons posé la voiture en arrivant et ne l'avons pas utilisée : des bus pas loin ,5 mn à pied, la plage à 10 mn. Si nous devons revenir (peut-être bien en juillet d'ailleurs !!), nous savons où aller. (Emmanuel et Sophie avec nos 2 filles de 6 et 10 ans).

Séjour très agréable correspondant à nos attentes.

Appartement très agréable car très ensoleillé dans une maison aux couleurs de Matisse et de la Provence. Sur place il ne manque rien ! Les propriétaires adorables ont pensé à tout. Très calme et très bel emplacement dans Juan, il suffit de descendre la rue Pierre Lotti pour se retrouver en 7 minutes à pieds sur la plage du lys. Les magasins sont encore plus proches pour l'alimentation. Pas besoin de voiture. Petit air de Provence en pleine ville. Location très bien entretenue et très propre qui correspond exactement aux photos et à la description.

Vacanza Meravigliosa - Wonderful holiday

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa in una casa meravigliosa da ogni punto di vista. E' perfetta per 5 persone adulte. Ci sono tutte le comodiità: elettrodomestici, biancheria, wifi... Non manca nulla! La distanza dal mare non è molta: max 10 minuti a piedi. E' anche un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare la Costa Azzurra. I proprietari sono persone fantastiche con i quali è nata subito una naturale amicizia. Speriamo di poter ritornare al più presto. We had a wonderful holiday in a wonderful house from every point of view. The house is perfect for 5 adults. There are all comodiità: appliances, linens, wifi ... Do not miss anything! The distance from the sea is not much: max 10 minutes walk. It 's also a good starting point for exploring the French Riviera. The owners are extraordinary people with whom a natural friendship is just born. We hope to return very very soon!

C'est avec plaisir que nous avons retrouvé pour la deuxième fois cette année cet appartement. Ce deuxième séjour n' a pas modifié notre avis (février 2014).Nous avons continué notre découverte des Alpes Maritimes , de grandes balades , quelques baignades ,des déjeuners au soleil... Je confirme mes impressions : -descriptif conforme -sens de l'accueil, attentions , sympathie, discrétion..... C'est avec plaisir que nous retournerons à Antibes Juan les Pins. Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Michelle und Bertrand sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Sie ist lichtdurchflutet und sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und natürlich sehr sauber und gepflegt. Praktisch war auch, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher in großer Anzahl zur Verfügung standen. Unsere beiden Mädchen (15 und 16) konnten wir ohne Bedenken alleine losziehen lassen. Die Vermieterin hat uns auch netterweise eine Französischlehrerin für sie besorgt. Hat alles sehr gut geklappt! Für Kulturinterressierte ist die Gegend perfekt, es gibt viele Museen in der näheren Umgebung, wie z.B. in Antibes, Nizza, Le Cannet, Biot, Villauris etc. Zum Baden hat es mir am Besten am Plage des Ondes in Juan les Pins gefallen. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Nous rentrons enchantés de notre séjour dans un appartement dont les couleurs riment avec soleil et gaieté, de plus, le petit jardin complète l'impression de calme. La réalité de l'agencement correspond point par point avec le descriptif du contrat La proximité des commerces et de la plage permet de laisser la voiture au parking, la modicité du coût des transports en commun autorise les déplacements vers les communes proches L'accueil et l'accompagnement de Michelle et Bertrand ( les propriétaires) sont aussi discrets que "délicieux" Merci
