Comfortable 35m² apartment, located in a very quiet area, T2 type, for 4 people maximum, very well equipped, AIR CONDITIONING, classified 3 stars (Prefecture 14/03/2008). The furnishings are uniform, pleasant, composed of pine furniture in very good condition.
A balcony of 7 m², covered with sea view, facing south / southeast and equipped with a table and 4 armchairs, for pleasant meals.
The apartment is composed of:
- AN ENTRANCE HALL with storage cabinet
- A LIVING ROOM with a lounge area, including a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining area with buffet, table, 4 chairs, 2 stools and a kitchen area.
- A BEDROOM with 140 cm bed for 2 people (very comfortable bedding), wardrobe, bedside furniture and baby bed.
- A BATHROOM with bath / shower
- A separate toilet.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area, on the 2nd floor with elevator of a 3-storey residence, renovated in 2008, with open view from the balcony and sea view on the side, including a magnificent view of the gulf and the Cap d'Antibes.
The Parking, adjacent to the Residence, is fenced. Entrance is through a gate controlled by a remote control entrusted to the tenant.
The apartment is 10 minutes walk from shops, amenities, the seaside, fishing and marinas and 2 sandy beaches.

Amazing stay on the French Riviera!

Wonderful, spacious apartment with all necessary amenities, including AC. Everything was very clean and the check-in and check-out was smooth. The apartment is in a quiet area but still only a 10 minute walk to the supermarket and other shops. The port and beach are just a 15 minute walk away. The beach is very spacious and sandy, with public showers and even a wheelchair-accessible section. The water is clean. Cannes and Antibes are only a short drive away for evening activities. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back!

BonjourJe me dois de réagir pour ne pas que les vacanciers ne se sentent plus trompés. Je ne serai pas lent pour ne pas aller trop dans le détails. 1-Batiment dans son ensemble sale ( Portes, Couloirs etc. ), parfois on se pose des question sur la nature des résidents.2-L'appartement : Sale, la surface ne semble pas celle annoncée ( plus petit) , figurez-vous qu'a chaque fois que j'ouvre un tiroir des ustensiles y a des cafards ! 3-Travaux: Depuis mon arrivée des travaux dans l'appartement à coté: matériaux dans le couloir, le bruits des tronçonneuse et perceuse de bon matin ! 4-L'ascenseur fait des à-coups : déconseillé pour une femme enceinte. En gros , après avoir rendu visite à des amis qui ont loué tout près de la plage, je me suis rendu que j'étais arnaqué. La location pour trois semaines pour cet appartement ne doit pas dépasser 1400 si vous supportez les cafards bien sûr.

J’ai lu attentivement votre avis, qui est très défavorable et m’étonne beaucoup. Vous êtes la première personne, qui a une appréciation mauvaise de cet appartement. Vous vous doutez que vous n’êtes pas le premier à occuper cet appartement. Toutes les personnes ont été enchantées de leur séjour et du confort de cet appartement et de sa propreté. Ma famille et mes amis ont également la même appréciation. Reprenons vos griefs. - Sale : l’appartement est nettoyé à fond après chaque passage de locataire. Il est très propre et j’ai pu le constater moi-même, car j’y séjourne de temps en temps. - Surface «ne semble pas » celle annoncée : L’appartement est un T2 avec une surface environ de 35 m², ce qui semble raisonnable. - Cafards : Je n’ai jamais constaté la présence de cafards et les autres locataires, ou ma famille, mes amis m’en auraient fait part. Je ne pense pas qu’ils viennent spécialement quand vous étiez là. - Bruits, travaux : Cette résidence est renommée pour son calme. Bien sûr, il peut arriver qu’un propriétaire fasse faire des travaux et il peut y avoir une gêne momentanée, mais je n’ai jamais eu de plainte à ce sujet. - Ascenseur : Effectivement, il y avait une pièce cassée et celle-ci a été rapidement remplacée, de là à dire que les vibrations étaient telles qu’une femme enceinte aurait fait une fausse couche, il y a de votre part une certaine exagération. - Prix de la location : Ce prix est tout à fait raisonnable pour un mois d’août et par rapport au confort

Bonne facilité d'écoute de l'hôte. Odette était vraiment très appréciable. La situation de l'hébergement n'est pas faite pour des personnes sans voiture, côte trop longue et en plein cagnard pour accéder à la résidence. Loin des commerces. Logement propre sauf le matelas du lit.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré notre départ précipité pour cause familiale, l'appartement est parfait avec tout le nécessaire et très bien situé. Nous remercions le propriétaire avec qui nous avons eu de bon échanges et qui nous à bien arrangé pour notre arrivé, ainsi que Madame Odette pour son accueil à la remise des clefs c'est une personne très sympathique.Nous recommandons cet appartement et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appartement très bien placé avec vue sur le cap d antibes depuis le balcon situé a 15mn a pied des plages de sables fins de golfe juan le tout dans une résidence calme avec place de parkink privée. Au top

Très bien situé !

L' Appartement correspond bien à la description. Très fonctionnel. Parfaitement situé. Résidence très calme. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui n'est pas sur place mais très réactif sur messagerie et disponible au téléphone. La personne qui nous accueille est charmante. Vacances au top!
